Wow, haven't been to this thread for a long time, but I see it hasn't changed much.

It may verywell be the epitome of Seinfeld.

Just a whole lot of nothing. [:D]

Sometimes the old, familiar stuff is just the ticket.

I'm gonna have to start walking down here, though. Gotta do something to work all this good food off.

Walt - I settle for still alarm chili. I can usually find enough other stuff to get hot under the collar about.....

Larry,

Would you at least settle for "box alarm" chilli[?][:)][:p]

And I believe I CAN relate to the other.

Macguy,

Maybe it's a "whole lot of nothing" to you. But we talk about anything and everything
at the Depot Diner & Coffee Shop. It lets us all get better acquainted. Do you have
a problem with everyone getting better acquainted?

No problem, it's just funny reading through the pages and pages of chit chat.

As I was reading through all I could picture was the Seinfeld four sitting at a coffee table chatting away. [:)]

Devil, as in deviled eggs, Walter.

I'm healthy enough, but also know that I'm packing too much excess baggage. I'm sure that some of the stuff I eat is not good for losing weight, but I've been surprised at some of what I've been able to get along without. Additional exercise would help, but I'm having too much fun in this virtual diner and elsewhere on the computer. However, we spent an hour today picking strawberries (not very good...toward the end of the season), I mowed the lawn (the only power our mower has is when I push it), and walked about a mile to home from the train station.

I went railfanning on Saturday to a railfan weekend along the old PRR Bel-Del and this is what I saw (I'm posting this on both the Trains and MR boards), first we rode the New York Susquehanna & Western (NYS&W) RDC M1 a couple miles and got dropped off in the middle of nowhere and sat there for a half an hour for NYS&W 2-8-2 #142 to head by with two boxcars, a ballast car and a caboose, we then rode back on the RDC and saw Norfolk Southern train 24V with primer (unpainted) C40-9W 9871 and C40-8 8308 (still in CR blue). NS train 19G came next with C40-9W 9698 and C39-8 8209, then NS train 213 came through with four GP60's (7112, 7143, 7100, and 7121) and another train with C40-8W 8429 (still in CR blue) and SD60 6699. We rode rehind the 142 and a motorcar we saw C40-9W 9833 and a C40-8W still in CR blue. We rode the M1 again for a photo run-by along the Delaware River (3 to be exact, two from the steamer and one from the M1) then headed home. Pics are coming in a day or two! [:)]

Actually - 2 Tylenol did the job just fine and I could see them in the dark.

They usually aren't all that bad, just mildly inconvenient. However, I will take down Dan's recipe and save it for use on some of my "acquaintences".

Sinus headache during the night. Right behind the eyebrows!

Mookie,

I sympathize with the sinus headache. I've had more than my share.

I think Dan's remedy is a little severe; however, I came very close to that the
other morning, when I (clumsy me) fell and hit my head on something in
the half bath. Needless to say, I didn't have to get my drill: already had an
extra hole in the head.

CW said I needed to go have stitches, but I was too stubborn. [banghead]

Hey you all, how about the following to go with the cornbread: individual choices or
combination thereof:
l. pinto beans
2. boiled cabbage
3. deviled eggs
4. fried potatoes

And Mookie, I hope the sinus headache has eased up, WITHOUT resorting to
Dan's treatment!!

Okay Mook..

1. Take 5 Motrin Sinus...then wait 20 minutes
2. Look in mirror and place finger on point where greatest point of pain is.
3. Hold finger there and take eyeliner pencil and mark spot with X.
4. Go to garage get driver's cordless drill and 1/4 inch bit.
5. Go back to mirror, center bit on X and drill until pressure relieved.
6. Place breathable bandage on opening and lie down for awhile.
