Now, I do belive that the there is some truth to this fact about twinkies, and also Yodels. There not going out of business though, just reoraganizing. So don't worry, they'll still be there, but I'm not sure if you'll be able to find as many of them. At least that's what my parents told me.

Noah

note: disclamer: this may not have any truth, but I'm pretty sure it is.

Good: my heart can continue beating again. That would be disastrous to go into
a grocery store and not find any Twinkies in the bread aisle. [angel]

One thing about Twinkies - in an age of supersizing everything (or smaller packages for the same price), there's still two Twinkies in the package (occasionally 3).

News reports I've read indicate that Twinkies will not disappear for the foreseeable future.

I think there should be a public inquiry as to why the twinkie is in danger. A sad day for the world.

[:(]"Interstate Bakeries Corp." says it intends to survive, and its bakeries, outlet stores,
and distribution centers open. Also no plans to layoff any workers. I guess we'll
believe it when we see it.[sigh]

Now might be a good time to go out and STOCK up on items[:D]

How the heck did Wonderbread/Hostess get bankrupt? Sounds like an Enron like scandal to me. I find it difficult that such a famous food business, has gone in the pit of dispair and entered the halls of bankruptcy. Very suspicious.....

Well! Didn't have my umbrella and got fur wet; then sat in some frosting left on the counter; now have to go to have fur cleaned - and my other fur is so ratty - hate wearing it in public. Will put out a jar for donations - Mookie needs new fur coat - maybe some new boots, too!

Hmm - guest book sez Jay was here. Always glad to see old people, I mean, old friends stop by for coffee and probably silence - not sure anyone else was here!

Maybe we should try to remember to turn on the open sign! Might help!

So much to do and so little time - causes a nap.
