Well, turnout was less than spectacular for the Booster Club party Saturday night. The fire department didn't make as much money as we would have liked, but our loss is your gain. The leftover roastbeef is warming as we speak, with some new spuds and green beans. Hot beef sandwiches are the lunch special. Mookie - your booth is reserved! It may be leftovers, but it'll be GOOOOOD!

Oooooh, I'll take a quesadilla for supper. Make that two actually, I'm hungry. Add to that about 5 twinkies and a nice tall glass of milk.

[#welcome] Chris we do try to have fun here, and despite what Noah said, there are

No grits for me-can't stand those!

I'll take the sausage, biscuits, gravy and bacon though...[:D][dinner] Plus we'll need pumpkin butter and apple crisp, maybe homemade ice cream...

I don't think I want to know about the unedible ones...[:0][}:)]

Some of you like Jim and Noah know me from the MR Coffee Shop, but this is my first post on the Depot Diner.

BTW, does anyone know of any railroads that have bought the SD70ACe's yet?

[8D]Welcome Christopher!! Hope you enjoy the Depot Diner and Coffee Shop.

Today's breakfast will include Jim's favorite: biscuits and sausage gravy.
Will also have bacon, sausage, eggs, grits and oatmeal and cold cereal

Jim, looks like we need to clean up Kevin's mind. Think we could get Chista to
"wash his mind out with soap"?

Tried a new Hamburger Helper tonight: Double Cheese Quesadilla. It is
really good. We'll have to make it in the diner. Of course, for the diner,
we'll have to quadruple the recipe.

I am learning a very difficult piece by a composer named Alkan. The piece is called Chemin de Fer Op.27 and it is a very intense piano piece. If you go to a classical midi site and listen to it, you will know what I mean.
