nowhere really, but the closest city was Alquin Gorge,(never heard of it have you? Well, neither have I.) Texas. It just happended to be that he was cutting up a set of twelve alco C424's that day, and scaggy bought them all. Two of them couldn't move, so he leased some flat cars to put them on as well. Well, scaggy was no headed for Batton Rouge Louisiana way, and as he went.......

went over to inspect it. Sure enough, it was a DL109, although missing it's trucks. Scaggy quickly snapped it up, and he had it put on another flat car, and added to his train. As he pulled away, he began to wonder what he was going to with all those ALCo's that neeed some serious restoration. He got thinking, and decided he better take them someplace north, not to Baton Rogue as he had planned, and see if he could get to gether a group of volunteers to help repair them. He began his jorney north, and he got to thinking. He decided that, when all the ALCos he could get his hand's on in a short time were restored, he would......

Well, several mohs passed, and the DL10 got trucks, and the engines were all restored, and it was time for scaggy to pick a site to house his museum. He began look around all over the US for a place that was perfect. FInally he came to......

The foam would stick around for a few days too, so people would firmly have in there memory the memory of "those ALCos that caused the foam flood of 2004." Scaggy started in his home state of maine, and worked his way west (where else could he go), until one day when he arrived in......
