ModelTrainman, I'll have your baked goods on GM6 to Selkirk by way of East Deerfield departing at 2:15PM. Aurora Switcher is making up GM6 right now. From there, i'll expect it to be a few days before the cargo arrives in Sacremento.

Pcarrel, thanks!

Matt, saw the coal coming in this morning from my office. That is some good looking coal! We'll make sure your SD35M topped off before she departs Aurora at 7:15 with CO8.

The GT&R is located in Scotland but if you can ship it to Sacramento I can get it via the ATSF!

YFRS SN2500E 2205 can depart Aurora Monday morning with train E1 loaded with your grain, and can pick up the milk and blueberries.

I can scramble to get the extra car of blueberries. The milk is no problem. Thanks for the grain!

We can be ready to receive the first shipments on Monday.

Anything you need?
We've got milk and seafood in abundence. We've also got two cars of fresh blueberries that we're just finishing up with this morning.

Matt, we connect with PAR/GRS at East Deerfield, MA, but have run-through agreements set up with PAR/GRS, NECR, and CSX, so we can directly interchange with CSX.

We have some excess stores at the Buckland, MA Elevator, and can ramp up production to meet your 20 car needs. The train will depart YFRS' Aurora Sub Interchange at East Deerfield, MA onto PAR(GRS), and should arrive in Maine by afternoon

Funny thing about milk cows,....they're constantly hungry! Right now in the summer time we use a bit less grain as the fields have grass. We could probably go with 9 or 10 carloads weekly and then in winter bump that up to 20 or so. What do ya say?

I think that might be a doable thing. The trawlers are really hauling it in this summer so far. Now, with the new rope to fix the nets, it should pick up a bit. Any particular seafood you're after? Got lots of lobster, crab, shrimp, clams, and assorted fish.

NOTICE: To the YFRS.....RESPONSE REQUESTED

The JTRWY can provide your coal for however long you need it. We have a local flood-loader that only the JTRWY services. They have an almost-unending supply of coal. We have a fleet of nearly 300 coal hoppers, due to a previous deal with a shortline in Texas. We don't use but five cars daily in the Jamestown area, and, generally, we use the same five cars, with an extra five, just in case. We can send an SD35M daily with the coal trains. This should be enough power.

About the ballast train: Your request can be filled. Our leased CSX AC4400CW can power this train.

What RR's do you connect with at your location? If you connect with CSX, then I can arrange to have my crew deliver the locomotive back to CSX. Our lease is up soon. If not, I will arrange for it to be delivered at Southside Yard.

Oh boy, I believe I have made a mistake. Can JTRWY provide 4 of these trains daily?

If possible, these trains would be best to arrive at Aurora at 7:15AM, 12:00PM, 1:15 PM, and 6:00PM, and about a half-hour earlier than the above times at East Deerfield.

How many back hours does YFRS need to book for you for whatever amount of services you provide?

If you only need to send one locomotive, Aurora is equipped with fueling and turning facilities.

Matt, due to tight conditions at Aurora and the limited capacity of the plant, we are requesting 12 car trains.

Matt, YFRS will also be requesting 50 cars of Ballast over the next month. Can this be filled?

YFRS is looking for a supplier of about 15 cars of rail over the next month.

JTRWY can supply the coal. We will work out the ballast deal when the time comes.

The coal train will have a pair of GP38's at the point. What times of the day will these trains need to arrive?

Sincerely,
Matt
