John, I see the unit train of ballast is reported arrived to you, through chicago a while back. The charge for the units is $200 a day on the locomotives plus you provide sand, fuel, ect. Two SD40-2's were sent your way.

Noah -
I've sent invoice on to our Accounting Dept and our CFO is in process of doing a EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to the account annotated on the invoice. SD40-2's did leave loaded w/ sand, fuel, etc. Made sure my Engine Maintenance Crew did a 'once-over' on them to make sure all fluids, etc were 'topped off'. for the return trip.
Thanks for the load and motive power for the trip out. If anything happens and you need those SD40-2's rescued, let me know. I have a crew dedicated just for those things and can have them dispatched w/ 2 engines w/in a hour, if not less (which is usually the case, weather permitting).

Fergie, The old Falls Valley Railroad under Counter Weight will accept 2 Tanker loads 20,000 gallons of your maple syrup. If this is acceptable to you, will be willing to generate some food products for return shipping to your maple workers to enjoy.

Note to all other lines interchanging -business has continued as usual there has been no changes to overall traffic at all this past winter.

JP, yep sure did get a check for the SD40-2's. Made it back a few days ago with the empty hoppers. Let me know if you ever need anymore rock, we'd be happy to supply again. Chip, Ballast, or fill, we can get any of those. Fill comes in Difco Dump cars and is shipped in smaller quanities of only 15 at a time unless you supply the Dump cars.

The ship parts and motor parts will be shipped out tomorrow morning. Where exactly is your MEC interchange?

Noah, we need about 15 loads of ballast. A YFRS RF4000E will be there in Wisconsin to pick up the load by tomorrow evening, if that works well with you.

Fergie, i'm requesting 2 cars of maple syrup.

YFRS is ready to ship the following:
10 cars coal.
15 cars manufactured goods.
5 Cars textiles.
3 Cars Rail

Yoshi, the interchange is at Burnham Junction, Maine, not to far from Waterville. We will have a lot more Blueberries come end ofsummer. That's when the outdoor ones are ready. They are a bit out of season right now but there are some local greenhouses that grow year round, so they do pop up now and then.

We thank you for the parts, we'll put them to good use.

Remember, plenty more milk where this came from. Lot's of farms up this way.

Noah -
Thanks for the offer for more ballast.

All -
At this time, the CNY Rail Corp does not require any track related items. Once we 'ramp' up our rail replacement and yard expansion at the end of May, I'm sure we'll be in need of ties, ballast and rail. I'll advise all when that time comes.

Thanks again!

The GD has 12 stock cars of all American beef shipping from M. Egar Live Stock Co., two boxcars of whiskey from the Dublin Bottling Works, 40,000 gallons of crude oil from Flectcher Family Inc., and a rather large pipe organ from Fern's Organ Co, all ready to depart the Frisco yard for Great Divide. Do I have any takers?

Matt,

Can you supply 2 unit coal trains per day for the Aurora District Electric Power Thermal Generation Facility?

I'll be able to ship you about 3 cars daily loaded with automobiles.

I'm also looking for a supplier of automobile parts.

Things the Aurora Subdivision is accepting:
General goods loaded into trailers.
Pulpwood
Woodchips
Recycled Paper
Kaolin and other Paper related chemicals
Oil, Gasoline
Ink

Shipping:
Paper/Newsprint
General Goods loaded into trailers
Baked Goods/Food
Grain
Automobiles
Flour

Pcarrel, do you still need the Grain?

We have some excess stores at the Buckland, MA Elevator, and can ramp up production to meet your 20 car needs. The train will depart YFRS' Aurora Sub Interchange at East Deerfield, MA onto PAR(GRS), and should arrive in Maine by afternoon

Matt, due to tight conditions at Aurora and the limited capacity of the plant, we are requesting 12 car trains.

Matt, YFRS will also be requesting 50 cars of Ballast over the next month. Can this be filled?

YFRS is looking for a supplier of about 15 cars of rail over the next month.
