Dispatcher/operater for a large electrical cooperative here in Missouri. Been doing this for eight years but was in the grocery business for twenty years prior as a meatcutter. Model railroading has been good therapy for carpal tunnel! Only thing I miss is picking out my own steaks!

...off price for clothing and apparel. Its pretty good for city building prototypes. I work in the garment district of manhattan, so i can see the details and little unnoticed details in a city line. I do not have a layout set up anymore, but i do build dioramas from time to time. When you can't operate, detail for a still scene is a must!

Sorry, when I used to play with slot cars, I put a pin on both ends, that way I could run backwards. Never been to Atlanta, though was offered a job at a large hosting company once.

50, just outside Philadelphia, PA, and have been paid to do computer-related work for about 27 years. Currently working for a large multi-national integrated services company. No "letters" since graduate school, but lots of experience in databases, programming, and project management.

58, Retired Air Force, now a postal clerk. Just bought a new house, so will have to work till I am 87 lol. Wife letting me have the formal dining room for train room. Havent had much time to work on it yet. Brought the HO 4 x 8 layout from old house. Have to incorporate it into new plans if I can. (wife;s orders). Learning lots from you guys on this forum. Well....4.15 yrs in the Navy (retired PC2nd), 9 yrs in hotel business, some college, then two yrs computer vo-tech school and finally 25 yrs at the keyboard coding programs and building databases from COBOL to VB to C# and .NET . I never finished my formal degree, so have no letters or slogans afer my name. Currently at my local county offices supporting the assessor, treasurer and financial systems. What fun!!...and they PAY me to do this!!

I'm an 18 year old, soon to be 19, college freshman. I work for the school district I just graduated from as a summer custodian. They hire 3 graduates to work at each of the 3 buildings in the district during the summer.

I'm going to school for marketing and business administration. Hopefully I''ll find a job after that in the front office of a sports team. After about 2-3 years at WSU I plan to transfer to UW- Madison for sports marketing. If anything I'd gladly come back to the town/area I live in right now and find a job with a local company, hopefully.

We'll see though, being only 18 a lot can change quickly.
