Heartland Division CB&QPlease show a number 1.
It is not painted or numbered yet, but this locomotive is going to become STRATTON AND GILLETTE "Old Number One" eventually.
I remember there was a story about John Allen where he hid an old-timey locomotive on his layout lettered G&D #1 because visitors always wanted to see "old number one", so I will have something similar.
I also have an old Rivarossi 2-4-0 that I intend to make into SGRR #2.
Since mine was not actually numbered, please show me a number "1".
How high a # will we be going up to? Just trying to line up all my future contributions.
The signpost says "S-1-1" in this scene at the Kentucky Train Park museum.
Please show a number "2".
