1954 is not known as a colorful time in railroading, but the new STRATTON AND GILLETTE "Comet Frieght" TOFC service trailers do have some color to them.

Of course it can be more than one color Ed. I seen one of those cars in Red Wing before things all started. I only wish I had one of those Canadian rainbow railroad cars.

Modified fot the location? Ah, yes. The church has been modified with a joint Annex. Hoo Haa!

This has no grounding in reality but I needed a view block for the incline at the back of the layout so I ran the main line through the building. This is only started but you can get the idea.

I made this tank depot from a Lionel O-27 tank car and four Lionel trestle pieces, plus a whole lot of evergreen plastic.
It is actually a piece of wargaming terrain for Warhammer 40K, but it made a good prop for train photos. This piece has now been donated to the store terrain collection at Darkside Comics and Games in Sarasota, Florida.
