"Show Me Something"
Thread
Dedicated to the originator, Jarrell
This is a place where forum members can post their photos featuring a view of a "requested" scene or object.
If you show the item requested you can then make a request of your own, or choose to stay with the current request.
Welcome Everyone!
After 24 hours, the same rules apply, or you can post a new photo of your choosing and make a new request. Your photos should be of models only, not a "real-life" scene. It's all about having fun! Let's see those photos!

I'm beginning to realize that Windows 10 and sound decoders have a lot in common. There are so many things you have to change in order to get them to work the way you want.

I built this locomotive for a friend, from a brass model of a USRA 2-10-2....
...just like the 10 prototypes which the CNR built from 10 USRA 2-10-2s, acquired second-hand, from the Boston & Albany, after the latter road received their first Berkshires.

Show me a "billboard" wood refrigerator car, please.
Billboard wood refrigerator car.
Please show another billboard wood reefer.
When I got this Atlas (Branchline) reefer kit (along with another very similar car) free, from my LHS, both were billboard beer reefers. However, since my layout is set in the late '30s, after such cars had been outlawed, it seemed a good idea to make it something a little more appropriate to the era, as I had a suitable lettering set on-hand...
The original lettering wipe-off easily from both cars, and with no other decal sets on-hand, I lettered the second one, using dry transfers, for my home road's Grand Valley Export Ltd.....
As you can see, neither car has yet received the second grabiron, on the side, near the left end, mandated in the mid-'30s.
Show me more reefers, billboard or otherwise, please.
