Jeffery Hope you can fix the engines that where on display. On the Am Track looking engines you post a few day ago, did you get them from me by chances? I have trade and gave away so much stuff I can not remember where it all went? I use to have 4 of them, now I think I am down to one shell. I know you made some MOW cars out of the Am Tracks cars we trade for.

No, got from somebody else as gift. Were holding down his fireplace mantle. Both blue box Athearn. One was power one dummy. Rebuilt bluebox drive into hex drive with AC4400 parts. Pitched dummy chassis replaced with P2K E6 chassis. Both monster pullers.

SD27J, U30M-R-EM-645 fixed, programmed now running the layout.

Good Morning Gang!

Another wet and miserable day in northern Germany. Did not sleep well, but I can hardly remember when I did last time.

Nothing planned for the day, no grocery run, no HD list. Just wait and see what the day will bring - boring!

Have a good one!

Well, I'm off to do the grocery shopping. Hopefully I can get out with only spending $75 or less. I think that should do.

Then home to do laundry then to the pharmacy and the mens store to get pants altered.

We will see what else the day brings.

Good morning, Chloe.   I stopped by for coffee in a NP mug.  Sorry I missed the big birthday bash.  Happy birthday guys.Cake

Sue: Glad you had fun with climb. Haven't done much since 80's. Now can't do any. Climbing front steps hard enough for me now.

Thanks.   I was climbing much harder routes in the 80's, too.  Now I just try to maintain the skills.  Most of the climbers that I hang out with are much younger.  I guess I can mentor them.

Later,  Sue

I´ll bring me own, then, mate.

Costs are up? Gas is at 1.769 € a liter, that makes it 6,70 € for a gallon or $ 9,05 in US currency . The coming weekend will see a further hike.

Morning All,

Flo, I would love a coffee, on second thought I will take it IV.

Well yesterday was a fun day at w**k, It was 90 F and sunny and busy beyond ridiculous. I ate  breakfast at 6:30 AM at home, due to call volume I ate lunch/supper at 7 PM. We were doing 3-4 calls back to back before we could get back to quarters and 10 minutes later get toned out again. I can't wait for Summer to arrive.Sigh What's that Vinnie? OK I will quit whining.

Today I have laundry, vacuuming, a Dermatologist appointment, Chiro and finish up cooking dinner. I'm waiting on some Mt.Vernon decals to come in so I can put together some stuff that i will  show you all when it's done.

I don't know if any of you use Exact Rail but I received a notice that starting 1 May they will no longer have dealers and to buy their stuff you will have to buy directly from them. It doesn't effect me but it might effect some of you.

Happy Birthday to those I missedHappy B-Day.

Prayers for those affected by the Tornado's. The pictures of the tractor trailers flying around in the air  is truly amazing.

Talk to you all later.

Well, grocery shopping is done. Of the $75 I hoped to get out of there under...I spent....$83.

I bought a  ham I wasn't planning on, but since on sale at $0.88 a pound, I picked up one for $7.81. It will be a nice Easter treat, since MOH is working and we are not going out with the inlaws {which greatly disappoints MIL}, I thought nice for a meal later in the day for us. HAd I not bought the Ham, I would have been right at the mark money wise.

It was to early for the pharmacy or the mens store. So I go out later for them.

Then finish off the laundry and dishes..if my back holds up. Even if it doesn't has to be done.

Later

Have a great day.

Mornin' everyone!

Zoe, I'll have a short stack of buckwheat pancakes, real Maple Syrup, side order of bacon, and a cup of dark roast coffee in a R&GV RR Mug, please.  What!  Not using mugs anymore....? Styrofoam!?! Yuck!  I don't like Styrofoam flavored coffee!  No way! Tastes awful!  I will wash my own mug if I have to.  (Man the place is getting to be cheap I guess....)

Happy Birthday to those of you I missed the last couple days....  And many more!

Sunny and 47°F here in the Finger Lakes region this morning.  High will be a comfortable 53° later this afternoon. If we get some cloud cover this afternoon, I will run over to Alloway and see if I can get a few good "overview" photos of the Octagonal Blacksmith shop...

Had a few mild asthma attacks the last couple nights....  Of course my inhaler is out dated....  Will pick one up when I get my allergy shot tomorrow.  Meantime I think the house is very dry adding to the problem.  Since the humidifier got cleaned and put away for the summer, I have a pot of water boiling on the stove.  I'm better already, so I think THAT is part of the problem.  The other is the extremely high pollen levels so far this Spring.

Need to get several things done today, so I best get moving.  Catch you all later!

Italian roast coffee in a  FRUIT EXPRESS  mug, please.

Chance of thunderstroms today & tomorrow. After leaving one water storage tank flowing the other night, I suppose the rain is welcome this time. Off to clean gutter now.

Have a great day y'all. Healing thoughts to those in need.

 Evening Fellow Dinners!

 Flo, Beer Please.

Boy, this sounds silly but getting up at 7:30 AM kicks my butt now that I am use to closing. Pretty slow day today Spent most of the day cleaning the counter tops, rearranging tires, dusting fake battery's and sweeping.

 See you all later.

Hey guys

Went to farm and fleet this morning with a buddy of mine, bought paint, hardener, and truck bed liner for my dad, an oil Purolator filter for my Jeep, and a farmall license plate for my Jeep. Almost bought some aviator sunglasses, but those can wait. Spent $99.06 on a good bit of stuff.

Finally bought myself a DCC system. The NCE PowerCab system. Ordered it from a guy at the club whose placing an order for stuff like that. Works for me. best part is it is the same set up that is at the club I belong to.

Well, mother been transferred to Saint Francis Cabrini hospital Alexandria. Apparently problem more interesting than first thought.

Van been fixed. Nephew did work. Darn thing fought every step of the way. Murphy tunder fifteen minute job to hour job. Parts store foulup not help. Number on belt belt pack right. Number on belt wrong belt too big. Took back got replacement this belt too small. Third time charm. Got right belt finally. Nephew put belt on rear pulley on engine and alternater. Tightened tight. Revved up and belt flew off. Tried on rear pulley again same thing. Moved forward one pulley and front pulley of alternator and works greats. Told nephew Murphy must live in rear pulley.

Was planning to attend fire dept meeting tonight but been running all day now hurting like hell. Saty home sounds like great idea.
