Show me a yard.
OK, so I got a little hot under the collar. I do like this forum, ALL the members, and the great pics.  I do understand the pictures are not generally aknowledged.
In the interests of fun, let's move on.

A long coal drag is already requested.

This is a long coal drag, but most of it is hidden by the curve:

To catch up on the outstanding requests....  An old (1920's) long coal drag.....  (well, there are a lot more cars behind what you see....

Zeno, I also enjoyed what you posted, and it just looks like things got a bit confused...  it has happened before in this thread, and I'm sure will happen again!

Now show me a freight depot.

Ken beat me to the punch... so show what he said..... Urban Railroading

Without going back and researching the last few pages I believe doctorwayne was bumping up a request made by someone else earlier, that's all.  It's easy to get time confused when people from several time zones are requesting/answering.

If I'm not mistaken, the time zone issue can be eliminated if all participants simply click on "Public Profile (Edit)" and select their current time zone.  I was on the Forum a couple of nights ago and saw a post from a Member living on the west coast:  time of the post 3:45AM.  I'm in Ontario (Eastern Time) and posted a reply at approximately 4:00AM Eastern Time or, for the west coast Member, 1:00AM PST.  I think the Forum adjusts the post times to suit each Member's particular time zone, but perhaps one of the Moderators can verify or debunk this.  It seems otherwise extraneous to provide a setting for our particular time zone.

Wayne,

This is off-topic but if I remember correctly, the red building complex in the foreground is Bertram's Machine Tool Works.  Is that correct?

Whatever it is, I plan to spend the rest of the day looking at this photo and drooling.

Gorgeous work.   Bow

Ok, back to the topic at hand.

It is looking a bit like fall out my window right now, so how about leaves on the ground by the tracks.

I think this one is interesting.......  A photo of the finished scratch built trackwork for my Civil Engineer Certificate.  Turnouts were made using Fast Tracks Jigs, all track was hand laid, ballasted, and at proper height ie: the siding was a prototypical 6" below the height of the mainline).  Most ties were hand cut to length from Kapler tie stock.  Turnouts are controlled with levers from Humpyard Purveyance.

Show me a crossing (not a road at grade crossing, but a track crossing).

Although we all like train shows please try to request things from our personal or our clubs layout.

I'm not sure if a train show is a 'prototype' shot or not...  Surprise

Art, I think you're ok on this one since it is your groups table being shown.
