Thanks, Jeff. I just used Firefox instead of the yahoo server. Nothing was working in the post message box, so when I clicked on the post message button. It responded by saying that I needed to post a message.
When I changed from msn to yahoo on my email lots of things did not follow.
Thanks again,
Sue

Garry, Thanks for the help.
Yes, when Larry & I stopped by photo fun last night, I pointed out that you usually had NP lurking somewhere on the layout. I will try to check in more often.
We have hosted a couple of operating sessions to see how our new staging worked without the 130' TT that has been on back order for over a year. I guess the wye will have to work.
Later,
NP ?
Here you are.

Flo, I take a and a Please. Jeffery roll that thing over here!
Sort of Work Front Well, I sort of had a good day. Did sell a $25.00 spiff bed, so it is better than a stick in the eye! If I could just get the weekends back!
Todd Well I think I am glad I helped you on the NCIS addiction. Lot of good shows on CBS.COM.
Jeffery Have anything else you might to trade for? Kind of like your big 2-10-4 steamer. OK, I like it a lot. If you will trade for it let me know or any other steamers. Kind of like the Delaware & Hudson as well.
Well, I am BBQ and time to go tend the grill.
Later.

Ken: I got your message. I sent you an answer.
I just tested an 80's era Bachmann F7A. I'm amazed the thing even runs. Plastic frame, pancake motor, traction tires, pizza cutters. Yeah, one of those. The motor runs steady but sounds like a pepper mill. That's more than I expected. It screams 'Toy Train' and should be outlawed. I'm glad Bachmann quit making them. I'm not planning on doing anything with it. I was just curious.
Good evening all, checking in from my FIL's computer at his house since we're still OTL on our laptop. Had a "good" day today at w**k, did about 2k in sales, which is about average for a Sunday, also was able to get a lot of other stuff accomplished, so the GM will be happy.
I guess I'll be doing the SD40-2 on my "weekend" coming up (tomorrow and Tuesday) since I know I'm not going to get to do a single thing with it this weekend. Oh well, that's the way it goes.
Zoe, I'll have a RBF and a bacon bbq cheeseburger please with a side of fries. I'm going to sit by the window booth and see what happens for a little bit.
OK Todd, I am sorry.

Evening All,
At home getting ready for w**k tomorrow. Had a meatball sub when I got home and it was pretty good. I think I am going to go to bed. I didn't sleep very well last night, MOH was snoring up a storm. Oh, there is a chance that I am going to visit the N&W RR museum in Roanoke next month. I looked online and it looked like a pretty good museum. Has anyone been there?
Chris- I really liked the track photo you posted.
Ken- I hope business picks up for you.
Everyone have a good night.

Evenin' folks!
Janie, just a decaf for me...
Company left mid morning, and I have been dragging all day.... Managed to assemble the final piece of furniture this afternoon and tonight, did a couple loads of wash, and fell asleep sitting in the chair by the computer. Hope my sister made it home without problems.... She had to drive through some strong storms moiving through NY today. Rochester got a couple of inches of rain all at once today and rte 490 (one of the major roads through the city) got closed in a couple of places due to flash flooding. Canandaigua supposedly got nailed this afternoon as well. Here in Geneva we only got .4" in the last day. Nice steady light rain most of the day. Much better than getting 2 or 3 inches in less than an hour. Going to have to mow lawn in a few days........
I see Sue got things w*rking so she could post here. Hi Sue! (For a while there I thought she was related to Bill...
I am going down to the local Social Security office tomorrow to get some things changed for my upcoming 65th. birthday in a few months..... THAT ought to be fun.
Think I'll check my blood sugar and head out to bed.....
Later!

Chloe, I will have a decaf and head to bed.
Evening Gang: It's good to see Sue back. Sue I've been absent for a time also so I may have missed seeing your posts. In the case of the turntable take a hint from the real railroads and use the nearest "Y". Oh, I see that you did.
Today was getting back to the high temps with high humidity thrown in for extra effect. I did some work in the shop this morning and it wasn't too bad. Thie afternoon was a different matter and I quit after about one hour. I'm going to have to replace a flouresent light fixture that quit. It's only 40 years old and I got it used from a Captain at Ft Wolters who was in the post engineers office. They had taken several out of a building and replaced them. Not bad for a piece of junk.
It's late again so I'll say Good Night.

Good Morning All,
Had a good road trip yesterday, drove down to Columbus and picked up 43 Athearn Blue Box / BEV-BEL kits for $6 each. I think I looked at 3,000 pieces of rolling stock in 2.5 hours, skipping over anything over 50’. All of this at one garage sale…

Good morning. It's 74° and partly cloudy. The high will be 97° (feel like 109°)and it will remain partly cloudy.Yesterday I put Kadee couplers on three cars. A Pennsylvania 40' boxcar #71473 (Varney), a 40' C&O gondola #36000 (Mantua) and a 40' Diamond Chemical tank car #Gatx 74425 (Mantua). I also worked on a 50' RailBox boxcar #10941 (Athearn) and a six axle 55' flatcar #USAX 38065 (AHM/Roco). One of the structure kits I have is a Walthers Cornerstone kit. The Sunrise feed mill. I don't know if I'm going to build it or not.
Sorry but I have no money to pay for any breakfasts but my own. I guess some people here will be explaining to the local constabulary why they failed to pay for goods and services rendered.

Cheapskate...get him guys!!!
Sorry Bill, BUT It has been a long well established RULE of the Diner that whosoever gets the top of the page posting HAS to buy for those on the whole page. Relief comes when a page is full and a new page is started adn THAT person has to pay for the page. If you are lucky, your page will go by quickly.
Otherwise, our BOUNCERS of the DIner will HOLD you in the walk-in till the bill is paid by the top poster!!{in this case, YOU}!!!
So whip out a Credit Card to pay for all the food on the page, be it a , a , a , a {escargo}, a , or a Full breakfast, lunch or dinner and be a good sport about it.!!!
{like no calories in the diner food, there is no real bill to pay, but still, Bill, be a good sport and pay the bill like others do!}
Morning Folks
Flo, just a cup of coffee, figures get here after Bill says he's broke. Well I know that feeling.
Where Todd? Bet he watching CBS.Com
Lee Good haul, I have some kits done by the same company. If you got any SOO Grain Hoppers and not in love with them, I would make a offer. If it was still easy to get Blue Box kits, I would still be buying them. Like I need any more rolling stock. Like many here I have some that have not seen the rails for over a year.
Jeffery Sounds do able, I will send you a PM later today.
Sure miss seeing Ulrich every day. Guess he has started training by now.
Well, going to run the trains a little, then off to work.
Good morning, Chloe. I will have coffee, please. I see everyone is still fighting over who pays. I will take my turn when it comes.
How are the layouts coming? This summer, we haven't slowed down like we usually do. We are behind in wood cutting though.
Off to work.
I already paid for mine....
Good Morning!! Deep fried Coffee on a stick please. What? Oh, sorry. Saw deep fried Kool-aid at the fair yesterday and well, you know. No I didn’t try it so I have no idea about what deep fried Kool-aid is. Just a regular mug of dark roast thank you. Nice weather for the fair yesterday. Great actually. Not hot , not cold, about 80 I think it was. Still a bit chilly if in the shade too long.

Ken- I refuse to watch an episode of NCIS LA. I thought I had been broke of show addiction when I was able to walk away from a Law and Order episode despite the fact I may have seen it 50 times. (hey, never know if they change the outcome you know). Now along come NCIS. I know it took almost 9 years for me to get hooked and almost 8 to even start watching it, but…around here the TV’s pretty much just on for the dogs benefit and Brenda. I don’t generally watch anything. Now I’m hooked on this one and if you show me one more way to watch the show I will come down there and throw a handful of poison Ivy seed in your back yard you finally got cleaned up. But, I’d bring some beer and after I infest your yard, we’d pop a few and play with trains til my curfew.
Funny Lee should bring up Ahearn / Bev-Bel. When I was running my trains the other day, I ran over a newly (comparatively) lain wooden crossing. The trip pin on THAT particular model did just what it claims to do. Tripped on it. Popped the coupler right off thanks to the Athearn snap on bottom thing. Others juuuust barely cleared so I think I have some work to do yet. Ironically, it was a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer car that tripped. Imagine that.
Best get a movin before I decide to watch another NCIS episode online. Only have three more to go. I don't w**k tonight so I'll have time should I choose later. UNLESS I do what I should and that is...Bookwork for the Church, have to go to Springfield to the County Courthouse to pay the last half of Mom's taxes, then I should go do some more painting out there at her house..... then I can come home and tend to my own wants. like playing with my..........train.......(wait for it, waaait for it....) SET! HAH!!
Ya’ll have a Great Day!!!

Good Afternoon,
before we start a ruckus about who´s paying, I´ll volunteer to pick up the tab, if not today, then tomorrow.
Day 1 of the STALAG is just finished - I am now learning how to be a security man (officer). Main part is legal things, which should be fairly easy as I had to take law at university. The whole thing will be a little entertaining for me, just like a visit to the zoo.
Sue, good to see you´re back! I am also glad to see Bill on a regular basis again.
Ken - that moderator jobs kept me quite busy the last few days. I spent so much time in the forums that I forgot to visit the best place of all. I am still not sure whether I will be able to keep that job up, depends on how much time the STALAG will take away from me.
My modeling activities are down to zero at the moment, but not for long. I am just waiting for a kit of a Japanese station building to arrive before I can continue. I need this to determine the width of that particular station module.. I might also redo the one I already have, combining the three modules into a longer one. Saves some unsightly gaps in the platforms.
Ray - are you now being dispatched to the Ivory Coast by the State Department to establish the art of model railroading there? I am not quite sure whether they have real trains down there, need to check this one.
Hope all of you are having a good time!
CUL
Morning All,
At w**k today and it is already hot, hot, hot, and let's not forget the wonderful humidity. I don't think there is any chance of rain today.
Lee- Sounds like you made quite the haul
Todd- I like all the original NCIS shows, but the LA version is kind of hit and miss for me.
Everyone take care.
