That's the problem with the internet all by itself. It won't let you download copyrighted materials because that stuff isn't posted on-line all the time. Model railroading and most hobbies require money.

Well, the building itself isn't that complicated, as you can see from the article, concrete block w/ windows & doors (Pikestuff, I suppose). You probably could design your own with that information ('reverse engineer')., modified to suit your location & purposes.Otherwise, yeah, you'll need to buy the back issue (or the 75th anniversery DVD).
