Oh, ew, Oh, OH, eew, I may have that!!!!
Here is my little HOn3 SideWinder!!! A PSC model, I added a little red trim to the edges & a pair of PSC rerailers on thr front deck!
Show Me Something; A massive 10,000 HP+ Lashup!!!
Wow, no one has 3 or more -9's. ACe's, SD70/75's or a few SD45's in a Lash-up?
Well in all fairness, there have been a couple 'Double Posts' that have gone unanswerd, & if it is OK with folks, perhaps we open it up to those who are waiting & made a couple great suggestions?
Could be interesting!
Looking through the tread, these are the ones I saw;
John Whitten: Rough & Unfinished
Jarrell: a Turn Table
Motley: a Saw Mill
Just as a teaser (& hopefully a pleaser) I will add one that would Never, ever, Ever be asked;
A cheap dispay case base, a trestle, bridge track, dandelions, a shopping cart, creek, ICE, scratchbuilt cast abutments, rail bolt flange, my Avatar, & cool water distortion view... Hmmm ......
Doubt that would have been asked, ...no? (Sorry for embellishing, I thought the photo was so cool, that I had to post it.) The Shopping Cart rules!!!! It is made by 'Gold Medal Models'.
OK if tere is not any negative feedback, we are looking for;
Show Me Something;
10,000 +HP Lashup
Rough & Unfinished
A Turn Table
A Saw Mill
Please be kind, & consider requesting one of the suggestions you did not display.
Well, here's three U36Cs (10,800HP):
Something rough and unfinished:
A turntable:
And a lumber yard (about as close as I can get to a sawmill):
I'd still like to see an interurban.
SD45,RSD15, RS27, RS1, and RS3 =10,900 Hp. DJ.
Show me an odd freight car load.
Oops, Wayne beat me to it.

Alton Junction
Ha hah hah Hey, I see your Avatar!!!!
Bascule!
Some detailed shots would be interesting, as I'm sure it will be re-released soon with a 3x $ tag!!!
Lets see (Show Us) a Lift Bridge
Wayne twice asked for an interurban .
Here are three beautifully restored CA&E cars at the IL Ry Museum. I have seen these cars at the museum. Long, long ago I road on the CA&E a few times while growing up in IL.
I would like to include interurbans on my layout, but that is a long way off if I ever do. There will be streetcars instead in one city eventually.
Back to the game. Is the lift bridge here yet?

Show me something belching smoke...
-Ken in Maryland (B&O modeler, former CSX modeler)
How about are Dash 9er friends (seriously, -I thougt I had a smokey -8, but not ;-(
So this will have to impress.. (As I do not really want to see anyone start a fire to their scale models!!!) Please refrain from that. Really!
Show Us Something; Farming (or perviously requested, & unfullfilled)
Oh, I can finally participate.
Now, show me a roundhouse.
From some years ago - not much scenery, and the turntable was still a deck before I converted it to a pit:
If you look really close, you can see Miss August, 1967 above the workbench between the second and third stalls. Not sure how prototypical she was.
In that vein, show me some "ladies of the evening."
It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.

Thanks for that "Roarin' Elgin" photo.
Wayne
OMG Ken L., that is an amazing looking ore scene! I've never seen that before from you.
Wayne ... You are welcome!
Mr. B .... Uh, well.... Sorry my layout has no "ladies of the evening" .... and I'm not about to post any prototypes on this site! ....... Any other ideas for a "show me"?
Ya that's a tough one. I've never seen HO scale prostitutes. LOL
Show me something HOT.
Motley OMG Ken L., that is an amazing looking ore scene! I've never seen that before from you.
Thank you Michael, I've been temporarily away from the hobby for the past year after some unexpected financial shocks (like my daughter's wedding ). That layout was torn down in late 2009 and so far I've only got the benchwork up on the new one
HOT? How about this blast furnace scene?
Who would like to show his caboose?
I was thinking of this scene on the South Shore Model Railroad Club's layout in Hingham, MA.
My own "red light district" is still in the planning stage.
And now we return to our regularly scheduled challenges - show us your caboose.
Great scene, Mr. B. She could be a lady of the evening, but she is hot! DJ.
Now, back to caboose.
How about my great-Uncle Tom waving goodbye as his caboose rounds the curve at Wagon Wheel Gap?
Now show me your biggest steamer that is NOT a Big Boy, LOL!
Tom

I've got two big ones about the same size: The Deer Creek Viaduct
And the Bullard's Bar bridge:
Show me a logging spur
Weyhauser logging train moving for the interchange.
Show me something... Heartfelt.
-Morgan
Here's a bridge:
trestles count, right?
Heartfelt...
...my favorite picture:
Me, running trains with my nephew. He's in my ex's family, so I don't get to see him anymore. Still, it's a memory that I cherish.
Show me a railbus!
Phil, I'm not a rocket scientist; they are my students.
Alright, here we go:HOn3 galloping goose railbus, to be fitted with sound and repainted:
Show me something...narrow.

Well, it's not narrow gauge, but Yuba Pass is a very narrow shelf cut into the side of a pretty sheer cliff (the actual drop to the floor is 6').
Great scene, Tom, and always nice to see a modeller comfortable with and confident enough in his work to run "on the edge".
However, you forgot the request for us to "show" something.
