Ken, here is your Santa Fe passenger train. The angle doesn't show the trailing cars, but you can see a vista dome way in the back....if you squint a bit.
Show me a wrecker crane.
It is not my Saw Mill Motley, but I save the picture anyway. I will take the Dash 8, finding F7 pictures would be tuff.
Show me a Santa Fe passenger train please.
Ken
I hate Rust
Ken, thanks for finally posting a sawmill, which btw is outstanding! I don't remember seeing that scene from you before.
I don't have any F7s, but how about a couple of Dash 8s Warbonnets pulling freight.
Show me a freight yard.
Ken, could you be a little more specific about what you want? Do you want it running North or South?
doctorwayne Great scene, Tom, and always nice to see a modeller comfortable with and confident enough in his work to run "on the edge". However, you forgot the request for us to "show" something. Wayne

Wayne:
You're right, but I've been jumping in a little TOO frequently. Time for me to quit 'hogging' the thread.
Thanks for the compliment, though.

Well Tom missed a turn.
Motley here is your saw mill.
Show me a Santa Fe F7 in passenger Warbonnet colors pulling freight.
Well, it's not narrow gauge, but Yuba Pass is a very narrow shelf cut into the side of a pretty sheer cliff (the actual drop to the floor is 6').

Me, running trains with my nephew. He's in my ex's family, so I don't get to see him anymore. Still, it's a memory that I cherish.
Show me a railbus!

How about my great-Uncle Tom waving goodbye as his caboose rounds the curve at Wagon Wheel Gap?
Now show me your biggest steamer that is NOT a Big Boy, LOL!
Great scene, Mr. B. She could be a lady of the evening, but she is hot! DJ.
Now, back to caboose.
I was thinking of this scene on the South Shore Model Railroad Club's layout in Hingham, MA.
My own "red light district" is still in the planning stage.
And now we return to our regularly scheduled challenges - show us your caboose.
It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.
HOT? How about this blast furnace scene?
Who would like to show his caboose?

Thank you Michael, I've been temporarily away from the hobby for the past year after some unexpected financial shocks (like my daughter's wedding ). That layout was torn down in late 2009 and so far I've only got the benchwork up on the new one
-Ken in Maryland (B&O modeler, former CSX modeler)
Ya that's a tough one. I've never seen HO scale prostitutes. LOL
Show me something HOT.
Wayne ... You are welcome!
Mr. B .... Uh, well.... Sorry my layout has no "ladies of the evening" .... and I'm not about to post any prototypes on this site! ....... Any other ideas for a "show me"?
Heartland Division CB&Q Wayne twice asked for an interurban . Here are three beautifully restored CA&E cars at the IL Ry Museum. I have seen these cars at the museum. Long, long ago I road on the CA&E a few times while growing up in IL.

Thanks for that "Roarin' Elgin" photo.
From some years ago - not much scenery, and the turntable was still a deck before I converted it to a pit:
If you look really close, you can see Miss August, 1967 above the workbench between the second and third stalls. Not sure how prototypical she was.
In that vein, show me some "ladies of the evening."
Oh, I can finally participate.
Now, show me a roundhouse.
How about are Dash 9er friends (seriously, -I thougt I had a smokey -8, but not ;-(
So this will have to impress.. (As I do not really want to see anyone start a fire to their scale models!!!) Please refrain from that. Really!
Show Us Something; Farming (or perviously requested, & unfullfilled)
Heartland Division CB&Q Back to the game. Is the lift bridge here yet?
Back to the game. Is the lift bridge here yet?
Oooooh...oooooh..pick me..pick ME....!
How about an ore bridge with a 'bascule' lift extension on it?
Show me something belching smoke...
