Afternoon all and Chloe you can put PC’s supper on my tab when he comes in.

BTW PC how do you get Bergie’s Email to report something, because I did look last night after I sent you one and couldn’t find out how to contact him.

Inch As always, great pics and on the motorcycles, can you tell me what the insignia on the Beemer stands for?? It surprised me when I found out.

*** Watched the history channel and was surprised at some of the things they thought of and did as well.

Flip Good to hear that Deb is on the mend now.

[#welcome] to the newbies and this place really is a good one in spite of what happened last night.

Best to all on sick call and a fast recovery to those recovering[angel][angel][angel]

It’s looking like rain but I need to get the lawn mowed and then pack my bag and get the bike packed for our trip. I am hoping to get out of work around 12:30 tomorrow and get on the road and try to make it to at least Dayton, then Florida in the next couple days. I’ll check back in later tonight and then see everyone when I get back..
For those of you that have son in laws. I just got a call from our youngest daughter and the son in law told her to let us know that he will mow our lawn Sat and then again next week,so now I don't have to do it tonight. I am a lucky father and father in law. [^][8D][:)][tup][yeah]

That’s about it
Talk to you later

You have to be a close personal friend! [:D] Actually, I just do a search for the member named burgie and pull up his info. Then you just click on the Email link next to his photo.

EDIT: Oh, and look at that! Top of the page again! Right where I belong! Whew, I was beginning to go through withdrawls!

Alright boys and girls, it time to play "KILL THE CREDIT CARD" again!

PC Got you covered on that breakfast. I would do the same if somebody else was buying for me.
INCH Mike that is a great set of pictures you have posted. What kind of camera are you using? Infact would you give me a lesson on your secrets to the quality of your shoots?
I watched the weather channel at noon and you guys in the Northeast are really getting a pounding from the coast. Wish we could get some down here.We are up in the mid 90's now. Hate to see July, August, and September.
*** Thanks for the heads up on the RRshow on the History channel. I do want to see that.

Good Evening All,
Just wandering through before i shut the shop down and go home. Did manage to get over to the LHS and pick up my RS-11 in NH colors and #1402 as well. Gives me something to shoot for when I finally get to start on the real thing hopefully this month.
Off to Vermont tomorrow but I can take it a bit easy as it's only a 3 hour run or so just north of Bennington.
Duke - of course the stylized emblem on the BMW represents an airplane propeller as they first made aircraft motors until banned from doing so after WW1. They then went into the bike and car biz building first the Austin 7 replica under the name Dixie. Still the same crude contrivance as was available in England, but rapidly they developed their own line ending just prior to WW2 with the 328 roadster an all time classic. The 328 had a special in-line 6 with high mount camshaft and a cross flow cylinder head with one of the most complicated valve trains going. After their home team lost the next war, BMW was made to give Bristol Aircraft the design and allow them to make the motor. This motor figured greatly in the rise to prominence of the British motor racing industry and was found in Coopers, Tojeiros Arnolts as well as regular Bristol cars and many specials. One of the specialist companies put the motor in their knock off of the Ferrari 166mm but had to extend the nose a bit for clearance. Known as the AC Bristol, this car with an engine transplant and better brakes was the basis for the now ledgendary Cobra. Class dismissed. CUL, [:D] J.R.

Evening all -
Hope everyone is doing better today after last eveing's incident. I know I am. After all, I too sent Bergie a email about the situation, in which I also received a reply from him earlier this afternoon wanting to know some specific's - ie page of CS the subject posts are on, as well as time, etc.

Duke -

I hope we can muster out a win tonight before heading home for a 4-game 3-day series v. TX.

Well, time for me to move on. Have a few things to get done for the mechanics so they can do some work tonight.

Good evening gents, just finished the repairs on the rototiller, runs like new, no more grinding noise from the tiller head. It seems that the dog clutch was indeed the problem, the leading edges of the three dogs were all worn at 45 degree angles causing the mating clutch to just knash against each other making a terrible grinding noise. Now if it ever stops raining, I can get the second veggie garden tilled.
2 tons of pellets arrived at the door this morning after CS break, 100 40 lb bags to bring in and stack in the former garage. Now we are all set for next heating season, however, like everything else these days, the price of a bag of pellets has risen considerably. Two years ago I paid $3.65 a bag, last year $3.85 a bag, and this year $4.40 a bag!! If this keeps up, I am going to buy one of those outdoor log burning furnaces that can handle 4 foot logs. At least I have a free supply of wood with 9 acreas worth.

On the MRR front, Tony's called and four of the Tsunamis that were on backorder are now on their way via UPS. I have a lot of installation work to do.

NEAL The buildin g of the continental RR across America was very interesting, I highly recommend it. DUKE saw it last night also and thought it was well worth the time.

DUKE Have a safe trip to Florida and say hi to Flip for me. I hear he has a feast of Bar B Q Alligator planned. And, speaking of Alligators, several people have been snatched right off their bikes while riding along canal areas....so be very careful.

Talk later guys,

Good Evening Gang: It's hot here again and no relief in sight. The weather garu had no idea when or if we'll ever get some relief. It will cool off some time.

On top of the heat I had to repair some round bale feeders to day. So there I am in the heat with the welder going. That really helped me cool off. I did get two of the feeders fixed and Mary Ann put them out. Here it is June and we are feeding hay. They aren't eating awhole lot but they seem to want more than they are getting by grazing. I think it's going to be a loooooong summer.

It's been so hot today that I really don't want to have much to eat. How about some apple slices and maybe some cheese and crackers with a diet coke. I'll try and do some real damage tomorrow PC.

I'm going to hit the sack. I'll see you all tomorrow.

Hi Gang,

Looks like we've had a little mind throwing a tantrum, the last couple days. Oh well, God bless him anyway, even with his stupid 666 tattoo. He's really going to hate himself when he grows up. I do believe ignoring him until he does is the best answer.[2c]

So hows everybody doing!?!?!?!

Think I'll have one to go,

Ohhh boy, I don't know what Cloe is slipping into the coffee here lately, but things are getting crazy...we have PC who has a fetish for being at the top of the page every day, then we have SWDAVE who loves 666 etc. , WHAT IS IN THAT COFFEE????

Well, I saw a shadow for about 1 minute this evening, the sun tried to make an appearance but failed. Rabbits are having a ball with all the clover that is growing, but that is also a sign that no Coyotes are around at this time. Too bad because the green beans are up as well as the Lettuce and if those rabbits get to eatin my garden, the 12 guage is coming out and we will have rabbit stew for supper in the Coffee Shop, just the way MIKE likes it.

Time to say bon soir monsieurs, see you tomorrow,

Hey hey hey what’s goin’ on? I’m really in the mood for some KFC right about now

Whoa, looks like the shields were up and phasers locked last couple of pages.

Had some internet problems thanks to the stupidity of the people at my ISP... was offline for three days.

Interesting night Monday night... about a half mile from me a warehouse went up in flames... ended up being 5 alarms (1 alarm is 5 engines, 2 trucks and 2 chiefs) plus a fireboat (we have three... one on the Deleware, on the Schukyll (sp) and one spare for when one of the others breaks down.)

It’s been rather wet as of late here in the Northeast... anyone want some extra rain?

Well I think that’s about it... Nite everyone.

Gee, go away for three short days and a bunch of you get wired up on Mountain Dew and M&M's.[:O][sigh]

Phil - yes, life has bit tough but I really do feel that with all the garbage happening right now that there is a "pony" to be found somewhere. [;)]

One bit of goodness, band practice tomorrow and Saturday. Nothing like a couple of hours of loud to regain clarity.[:p]

Hopefully it will not rain on Saturday and my son's baseball team can get a game in. The last three have been rained out.

Got to run. TTFN.
