My locomotive roster is really small, as I have just started model railroading, US-style.
Here it is:
1 BLI Blueline UP USRA Light Mikado
1 BLI Blueline AT & SF 4-8-4
1 BLI UP TTT-6 Hybrid
There are some other locomotives in my collection that may be not so familiar in the US:
1 Maerklin DB E 94 (Electric) (German)
1 Maerklin SBB E 3/3 (Electric) (Swiss)
1 Maerklin SBB E 3/5 (Steam) (Swiss)
1 Brawa BLS Te 2/3 (Electric) (Swiss)
1 Bemo Saxonian IVk (Steam, Narrow Gauge)
1 Bemo (Saxonian Vk (Steam, Narrow Gauge)
I probably have about 25-30 locomotives like these. Several are brass. Many are Proto2000 and BLI/PCM. Without a current layout, I have nothing to do but watch ebay for bargains and prepare for my next layout.
Proto 2000 GP-7, Reading #628
Proto 2000 S1, Reading #50
Proto 2000 S1, Reading #53
Stewart AS-16, Reading #561
Stewart VO-1000, Reading #86
Athearn RS-3, Reading #492
MDC Roundhouse RS-3, Reading (no number because the decals and paint are all wrong and need to be stripped)
That is my entire roster right now.

Every time this thread comes up I post my latest acquisition. In this case it would be a pair of E7 A units painted for Milwaukee. They are Walthers Proto-2000 made specifically for the Hiawatha set.
That is scary - that means I haven't purchased a single locomotive in over two months? That might be a new record.

Walthers:
-MILW C-liner
The rs-1 and rsd-5 will recieve one paint scheme, while the geeps will get another, and the H-15-44 a third. U23B and C-Liner will keep their paint b/c A) I weathered them already and B) I like the paint schemes.

I was just down at the workbench putting the finishing touches on a 4-6-4 Hudson when I was wondering what all I had for locomotives, as well as what others had, I did a quick inventory and here is what I came up with.

Not a huge roster (yet) but I'm working on it. What have you got in your roster?
