Yes it is in it's box. The cow catcher was all bent so unless I can fix it I'll have to ship it back. If I fix it the 25th and final will be apearing soon on a forum near you.

I didn't even know how many there were ever made until you posted this picture.  I had to look it up and see for myself.  Please tell me you don't have 18 inch curves!

I have 36" minimum. It is designed for BB, challengers and large passenger cars like Walther's heavyweights.

Well I am glad I am not alone in such madness. But I planned to build mine by powering Monogram/Con-Cor/Revell Big boy kits.

Let me guess. The next step is now to tackle the 45 4-8-4s????

This really is a joke isn't it??  isn't it? ? ? C'mon, how many do you really have 2?  3?? If you really do own this many(and it's hard to believe, as most people viewing the photo will admit) I think you should get in touch with someone in New York who's trying to sell the Brooklyn Bridge.

Magnus, on a more serious note (how can anybody be serious about this Cool [8D]), unless it is merely an artifact of the camera lens, the glass appears to be sagging...understandably...but I wonder if you might be better off lightening the load by a few engines.  You can ship a couple to me and I'll store them safely.

No, really!!

Umm...holy cow! How many Big boys did the UP actually own? I think Magnus may be the first modeler to own more of one locomotive class that a big class 1 railroad ever had.

I had to look it up.  Apperently they built 25 of them. That's why I said he was missing one.

I get it now, Carey. I thought it was around 25 but didn't count them until a minute ago and you're right, there's only 24. Smile [:)] I wonder if they are all consecutively numbered? And Magnus isn't even a UP modeler? Heck, I am, send me one or two so that shelf doesn't collapse.Big Smile [:D]

Hi Magnus,

I love your thinking.  This picture makes me feel less guilty about my collection.  Just wondering which makes of BB do you have in this collection.  Are they all from one manufacturer or from a variety.  This could lead up to a wonderful evaluation from someone that can compare these beautiful engines side by side.

They are PCM with DCC and Loksound. Except three of them which I hade from before.

The Swedish kronor is 6,50 to the dollar which is cheap. I did not win the lottey actually. I just saved up some cash before when I was working so I could afford this now that I'm a student. That's right in Sweden we have it so great that a university student can get this.  Big Smile [:D]
