More HO scale figures with hard hats!  We need them for coal miners and refinery workers, among others.  My packing plant could use a few people with those white helmets and coats.  The best I've seen is Woodland Scenics "smoke jumpers," which need a bit of custom painting.

I've got Preiser's sets of people going up and down stairs, and another group of folks sitting on the stairs, but people hanging on to box car sides or climbing ladders aren't available, either.

Wouldn't you think coal miners would be more popular than 1:87 llamas or camels, which you can find?  Do you have llamas on your layout?  (Pics welcome, of course.)

It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.

Wow, I can see you like passenger trains. Smile [:)] I'd like to see an accurate, easy to build, or RTR  model of an NKP bay window caboose. There hasn't been one yet. It would also be nice get some really accurate PFE and ART reefers at a price the average modeler could afford.
Regards, Jim
