I wish Walthers would do the Milwaukee Road in their Tri Level Auto Rack Enclosed and that Accurail would do the Custom Rail Auto Racks with the option of being enclosed in the Bi and Tri Level versions.AThearn to do another run of Milwaukee Road yellow 60' bulkhead flats. That's all I have for my list.

More and more it seems like if you see something interesting, you have to buy it right then. Wait and it it'll be gone. never to be found again.

THAT is a very good wish!

NJ transit purchased four P40DCs from Amtrak. I think for a new casino route. I wonder if I am the only one who wants Amtrak California cars in HO.

Anything for the 1890-1910 era.  The major manufacturers haven't brought out anything new in the last 30 years. Literally.  Throw us a bone.

But for me... something oh, FEC 1950s GPs and F/E Units.

Steamwise: (in general cheaper please!)

  • Bring back the USRA Mikes from Athearn Gensis
  • Lightweight USRA Mountain
  • New Haven R-1 (I know same as above but the New Haven upgraded them...but that's what I'd do to the above anyway Smile [:)])
  • New Haven I-2/I-4 Pacific
  • A undecorated Southern MS Mikado more commonly represented by an IHC Mikado (SOU 4501)
  • Southern MS-1, MS-4 Mikado
  • USRA light 2-10-2 or New Haven L-1 2-10-2 (same idea with USRA Light Mountain)

It's true; "all things come to those who wait." Over the six+ years I've been back in HO, my wishlist has dwindled considerably.

One of the things that remains on my wishlist is for Proto (Walthers) to add a [CP Rail] RDC-4 to their already nice lineup of RDC-1, 2 and 3.

Another item is the Berlin Mills Railway 50' boxcar with the white lettering and large white image on the sides. Over 300 of these cars were produced for the BMS Rwy and many can still be seen today (albeit re-stencilled for other railroads).

Cheers, Marty on Vancouver Island

OK, my fondest wish isn't a car or locomotive...but it is related. I wish I had a nice train room to have a layout that would be larger than the current fold-up now in use (8'x30"). I wish I could actually run trains instead of endlessly switch cars within a yard environment. Honestly, I do get (occasionally) envious of you folks that can run trains without moving your automobile or truck outside. I wish, I wish... But be careful for what you wish for as it may come true. Let's see: if I won the Powerball...

Just thinking about my wish list for an RDC4,it occurs to me that an RDC9 would be useful as the 9 doesnt have control cabs so this could be unpowered to run between powered units.

I am also thinking that two unpowered RDC9 cars could be pulled by a GP7 which at least is bi-directional and run around the train at a terminal.

Am I right in thinking that some roads used RDC cars as cab-control cars for push-pull trains?

I'd like to see add-ons to the Milwaukee Road Hiawatha fleet in the form of baggage dorm, Touralux sleeper, 10-6 sleeper, and the Skytop Lounge sleeper for the Olympian Hiawatha.

Also--Milwaukee Road Little Joe and EF-2 boxcab electrics along with (now we're stretching here) a bipolar.

Hello together

I am looking for a very simple ding to do:

american passenger trains with european styled closed couplers made with Fleischmann build quality.

And please if they offer p.e. GM&O E7, consecuently the passenger consist to that locomotive has to follow by the same manufacturer. An offer of limited trainsets would work for that.

Passenger cars from the 50-60 for commuter service

Living in the Brooklyn NY, what with Metro-North, LIRR, PATH, NJ Transit, I would like to see more commuter passenger cars ... BUT one's that can operate on 22" radius curves. In other words, the old Athearn Passenger cars updated! Myapartment is 700 square feet, so space is precious!

I would also like Kato F40s painted in the Florida Fun Train and some Fun Train cars.  Walthers F40PH in the Grand Canyon Railroad and Metrolink schemes. Athearn P40 in the NJ Transit scheme. Athearn P42s in the VIA, Amtrak Believe in America (Used on the Kerry Edwards 2004 campaign train), Celebrate the Century, and more made for Walthers Phase V AMD-103s. I wonder if someone will make the F69PH-AC.

Hi Everyone,

My wish list are the following engines,

All the narrow gauge triplexes, i just found out that mth is comming out with a 2-8-8-8-2 triplex with dc/dcc sound for, $500.00 bucks, need two jobs. a nice yellowstone with sound at reasonal price, ive always wanted a 9000 class 4-12-2 i like anything with a lot of drive wheels, and any oddball steam locomotive that ever ran from when steam got bigger, till there last years of service, oh yes there is one more, i like the feedwater coffin style berks, since these engines don't exist any more build them in HO and sell them at a reasonal price, not to where you have to take a second morgage on your house, right now i'm just finishing my polar express in HO, they have to keep the kids in us some how. thank you and good night

I'm looking for just a few items.

1.  A Bachman 4-4-0 with sound.

2.  A Plymouth or Davenport diesel with sound.

I would purchase one or two of each.  Thanks.
