RT - Thanks for uploading the photo of Rich's Roadrunner.
Banks - Nice El Camino. I think Roy mentioned he had/has one as well.
Dennis - I agree 100%. We should be able to just drop in pictures. Never mind this third party URL linking nonsense. I would certainly upload more pictures.
Have a good one.

.Hello there,
sitting in same day surgery waiting room. Mrs is having an enlarged lymph node removed.
No porch work today. Raining and much cooler anyway. Got to figure out a new temporary roof support. The one I put up is on the damaged area of the floor.
Prayers for those in need

Evening all!
Well it crawled up the 38 today. Rained pretty much all day and will continue to rain through Sat. Still iced up west of here. The cold front sort of parked itself just shy of Ft Worth. Fairly steady warm up to low 60's predicted for the next 7 days or so.
I have few issues with the CTT site. But I am mostly using an iPad - of which Apple has serious issues with how their software works - particularly Apples auto-correct, which I finally turned off and now I spend much less time creating a post.
Regards, Roy
Roy, Come on up here where it is warm.
Had some neat interactions today with old friends on FaceBook and saw some good old pictures posted to my page. Was fun looking back.
Good evening all,
For third straight day, I had traffic issues on the way to work. Seriously getting old. Work was quiet again. Went to Wings and Rings for supper tonight and then to see "Black Panther". Both dinner and movie were good. I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,

Good Evening,
What a day! Realized why I am enjoying retirement so much! Spent the day driving around and thru LA during rush hour! Sure empathize with everyone doing that on a daily basis. Late Feburary = Academy Awards/Oscars. They didn't get the order for paper to us until last week-end, very late. (Chris wasn't there, he was at the mine.) Anyway our supplier is right in the middle or relocating. So, his equipment was not available. Did manage to get 1/2 of the order together, (6 of 13 rolls of paper). Then they called yesterday and ran out of black ink! So found it and picked up all the stuff and delivered it to Hollywood. More to do this weekend.
Boy, sure a lot begging to commented on but some may think its political, not intended that way. I think its hilarious that since California is now a "sanctuary state", Trump is threatening to pull I.C.E. agents out.
Need to get to work, later
Don
Good evening all, just checking in. My phone has been out of order all day unknown to me until my son sent me an E mail. One of the phones in the house did not break the connection even though it looked like it was hung up. I have really been a loner this week. The friend I see a lot is out with the flu and everyone else is incognito. I did enjoy the phone not ringing with telemarketers all day though. Today was the first anniversary of the passing of me dear wife. I left some flowers for her this morning. Not much else going on right now. Talk later, Good night all.

Hello there,
got home midafternoon yesterday. Doc said it looked and felt benign . Waiting on pathology report .
Went to mom's home to do her pacemaker check. After finding a suitable phone line I found the unit had no batteries. Remembered last time it was used they were dead so I substituted batteries from my camera and never bought any. Back there again today.
Last evening got a call that the wife of Mrs' brother had passed. She has been in bad shape for several weeks. While trying to get her strong enough to repair a heart valve cancer of the liver was found. She was 80.
Ray............what part does Chris play in the academy awards? ????.
Haven't been paying much attention to the gun control nonsense. Kids need better parenting.
Frying fish tonight. Best get the day started.
51 degrees out in February. Off to down east. Work day but will be relaxing in the woods. No meetings. Had over 12 hours off on on of that yesterday. Burr.
Hope all OK.

SPRay - prayers for you and your wife. These kind of anniversaires suck...
Kev - I think my green was a bit lighter than that. Still don't like it....
Raining and 39F.
Tob - I've found out that, through my escapades, I've influeneced a few generations into the car bug.....Like the train bug, there will be no money left over for drugs booze or women....lol...they were all neighborhood kids that saw my "collections" of cars, drag race trophies and me doing burnouts....
Thanks, RT for getting that one on there, that was from last year at Sterling, VA, my North East Hemi owners meet. IF my convertible was an original Hemi car, it would be 1 of 2 Hemi convertibles made that year and possibly 1 of 1 in FF4 green...I love the 383, though....more than enough power...
I am the monster in your head...And I thought you'd learn by now, It seems you haven't yet.I am the venom in your skin --- Breaking Benjamin

Rain overnight and low to mid 40s today. No plans.
George (the cat) gets his shots tomorrow morning. He won't like that!
Yeah Rich Green and Yellow cars are like Liver, peolpe like it or hate it.

51 and still raining. Storms through tomorrow noon...flood watches in a lot of areas.
Pretty good day today.
Don, like you, only have to venture out between rush hours

Busy day at work. Good weather for a walk. Traffic not as bad as last 3 days. On my soapbox for a moment: Lot of negative commentary about lady who managed to finangle her way into Olympic competition and perhaps was not the most talented person to be there. People seem to forget she still had to earn enough points to qualify and she spent a lot of time, money and travel to make all those other events. She wanted to be an Olympic competitor and she succeeded. End of soapbox. I hope everyone has a good day.
Good morning (the clock just passed midnight),
We have been busy the past week or so. My in-laws moved in with us last Saturday so we spent a few days unloading their U-Haul. On Wednesday, the rest of our household items arrived. Also that day, my wife left town for a cruise. It has been quite hectic unpacking boxes and there are plenty left to do. I will hopefully catch up on the posts this weekend. I did have a break tonight and took the older two kids to see the Black Panther.
Good night,
Joe
Very early mornin' fellasBeen crazy busy here since the New Year. Lots going on and even more in the works.Just to make y'all feel old... Matthew turned 5 on Feb 5. Asked him what he wanted to do for his birthday and he said "I just want to go on a train ride", so looked around and none of the SRR are doing trips till next Saturday, so we booked a family lunch trip on WMSRR, unfortunately we won't be able to swing by Fifedom for a visit as TheQ wants to take her father out for dinner for his birthday and prep for her trip to NC that Monday.Hope this finds everyone in good health and spirit.

77 degrees out in February. Ouch. Everything blooming and will get a shock, I'm sure.
Went to farms yesterday. Got a few briar scratches.
Busy this AM and later this afternoon. Grands suppose to stop by.
Still 51 and lots of rain this morning. Might make it to 60 today. 60's for the coming week.
The Mrs and I slept in til 10 this morning. Felt good, but it only made up for being awake at 5 am for an hour or so...ugh. Rare to make it though the night.Water in the garage again -
Mike C - remember "Eddie the Eagle"? I'm a fan. As a skier there are very very few who could do even what that young lady did up a 24' vertical wall and not hurt themselves. I like a bit of fun and humor. Hey, and on the light side, she stayed upright unlike most of our Olympic ice skaters!
Brent - times flies! Mine are 24 and 26...
Hey Chuck - NASCAR today and tomorrow!
busy night frying fish last night 740 was the count. After a shower, hot tub soak and some wine I crashed before posting.
Rain predicted all weekend. Putzing around the house today. Viewing for SIL tomorrow.
Don.....thanks for the Academy awards info
Best move on.
Good afternoon
The Vet called this morning and tried to beg off the cat apt due to flooding. I told them, that is funny I was just on that street and there is no flooding. So I got to drive an extra 8 miles to take him to the Ottawa office. Good news is that is over and done. They say now he only needs boster shots every 3 years.
We had never been at that office before and when we got there and walked in the stench about knocked you over. There must of been 50 cats running all over the place and their aroma was there to prove it.
Watching NASCAR sort of off and on with the cat. Wife went to her mom's and brothers to take some extra food I made for them and to check in.
Sorry about the SIL Banks.
Brent, ours are 39 and 30 this year.
Aloha. Grey and cold but warm enough that I could take the pup out for a well-deserved walk. I was fortunate to be in Orlando this week for a conference so I really enjoyed its fine weather. Had a lot of chores to catch up on today especially because the bride is working an all-day band competition at her school. I am going to watch US v. Chile in rugby...

Me no see anything Kevin
Good evening,
I had another busy day of unpacking and making trips to the Salvation Army and the dump. We have way too much stuff. It rained most of the day and I believe more rain is expected for tomorrow. I am ready for wine and relaxation.

How about now???
Kev,
I haven't seen one of these at the mine, others thou. I was stationed at Luke AFB, in Arizona outside of Phoenix. Catipiller had a testing site on the nearby mountains. (Tank Mountains I believe.) From the flightline we could see the big equipment working the side of the mountain.
A few thoughts about this guy......
- Its the wrong color, should be yellow.
- The IDEAL vehicle for driving in traffic here.
- Limited passenger seating, (no backseat drivers, which I detest.)
- Would need to get a couple more credit cards for fuel.
- Don't see a problem parking at all! Just clear an area of buildings, trees, bridges, or whatever would happen to be in the way.
- No concern of CHP or any other law, just toss them aside or run em over.
- No concern of pot holes or sharp curves.
List would go on and on. Sign me up.. Or maybe just a Demo drive will do. (Then I wouldn't have to worry about a garage for it.)

Don the white paint is a huge up-grade at cost!!!
I remember once some guy wanted teal green metalflake tractors back in the 70s. We did it but he paid. Someplace in Saudi Arabia. He was a prince or something. It was like an order for 50+ D4s. And for Rich,,, it was a ugly green!!!
