Now I'm curious. What evidence? You haven't presented any conclusive evidence here. Only your opinion and hearsay, though I can respect that. Holy crap guys, (doggy, csx98), the intending origin of this post was innocent and revealed quite a bit including the unexpected responses from the man himself. You two are making it an almost entertainment-like thread based on your responses alone. Personal opinions aside- do either of you have some sort of 'spell-check' (an F-key,perhaps?) and do you have to shout so much? (caps key). Was wondering... just hoping someone else would say it first. Sorry if I (caps) offended either of you.

I think csx is a little out of line calling mr. gates a rat. If mr. gates pointed his finger directly at a specific individual and squeeled, that would be ratting on someone. But he didn't do that. He simply stated the truth about what was generaly going on. What would you do in his shoes? Would you just shut the ---- up and take the rap? I don't think so. Now don't get me wrong I have no use for rats, and I know what a rat is, but in my OPINION mr. Gates didn't rat on anyone.
In my OPINION mr. Gates is more of a man than some individuals on this forum will ever be. I think he did the right thing for someone in his position at the time, and more importantly he "lived and learned" from his mistakes, and is man enough to join in on this forum and discuss the issue. Not only that but he is most noble in his efforts to help others avoid the mistakes he made (and I don't just mean the wreck).

This was innocent thread and we learned a lot about Mr. Gates from just this forum I'd like to thank Mr. Gates for writing in and telling us a lot things about this accident I'm sorrry if you felt bad about wiriting in This should be an entrtanement thread.
