Maybe unrealistic customer expectations has a bigger contributive effect in hobby shop failures than I would like to imagine.

Treat your customers like dirt and they will go elsewhere its that simple.Mom and Pop businesses knew that 50 years ago.

Treat me square and you'll get my hobby cash..Disrespect me and I will go elsewhere.

Being disrespected by a LHS owner or their employee may be jake with some folk, it will never be by me.

Once again..Hobby shops needs us far more then we need them especially in the era of on line shopping.
