Has anyone used Insulation Displacement Connectors, aka tap connectors or "suitcase connectors" for wiring track feeders to bus wires? How do they work on DCC systems?
Our club uses them but you need to use the correct size wire and correct connector. Use the correct tool and take your time. We use stranded wire.
I have used these connectors in commercially and they work. But again, your mileage may vary.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.
You can look on Youtube for a video on their use and the MRR site has a video on using them.
