For Eudora users the solution to view HTML mail is to go to the FILE menu and select "Open in Browser". Eudora will open the HTML mail with your favorite browser (you may need to locate your browser on your first attempt but you only need to do this once).

The "right" answer is to use MIME to attach both text and HTML versions of the newsletter. Then everyone has a choice.

I really dislike it. All the text was 1.5 inches tall. Where do I go to turn off this "feature?" If I want HTML, I'll look at web pages. When I look at email, I want text, thanks.
(I'm using the latest version of Eudora on Mac OS 10.2.8 to view the message.)

The HTML format is a great improvement. It is much easier to follow than the text format.

I like it too. The colored boxes break it up nicely and make it easier to find the items I'm interested in and skip over those I'm not, but it's not too graphics-intensive either. Definitely an improvement over the long text emails I got before!

I love the new format-- much more readable than the text-based version. My only complaint is that in Yahoo mail it appears in a narrow right-aligned column on the screen instead of utilizing all the screen space available to it (I'm running in 1024x768 resolution). So there's a big gap in the center of the screen. It looks a bit weird.

Love the new format. One suggestion -- make the most popular stories links, so those of us that may have missed the articles when they first apeared can click to read those that your readers voted most popular. For instance, I would really like to read the maglev story, but I can't since it is not a link. Most important -- the new format is great. Please keep up the good work.
