Sort of reminds one of the Freeman Hubbard photographs in Railroad Magazine. Only difference is you can actually see some of the rails and locomotive in this picture.[;)][;)][;)]

Can't see how he could find fault with this one. Racier images can be seen on daytime tv or in underwear ads.

What's not to like? This photo obviously shows a hard working MOW employee who has just tarred a problem joint in the rails (why?) and in so doing, must have spilled the product on her clothes, thus causing her to remove these soiled garments to maintain the highly profesional (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) appearance of her position.
