Speaking as a moderator on two other forums I would have pulled his plug long ago..We all agree to the need for better crossing safety but not like Bob Pines. IHMO its wrong and down right immoral to use those types of accusations and twisted facts against the railroads their employees(who must live with that accidental killing for the rest of their lives) and Operation Life Saver..

For the record and for what its worth and speaking as a moderator I would ban Mr.Pines.
