ever take yer power stroke to the track? what's it run? pretty knarly they can get those 1-ton crew cab diesel trucks to run mid 13's.

and i think the only time i might be able to say that i hate drivin is when i get tickets. and i've had more than a few.

Well, I am not allowed to drive until I am 18, which may be good, and bad. It will be good because all of the HKS, American Racing and other performance parts companies will have a lot more of a selection of tuner parts. Also Recaro seats will have a wider selection, as well as the companies such as Euro will have many more bumpers, grilles, and side skirts to make the exterior look even better. How much will all this cost? HKS turbo x 2, Euro taillights, Euro bumpers, NOS system.............................

always loved it when i had my z28 racing those kids in their fart can pipe cars. they thought their*** didn't stink, but after the dust settled they knew where their place was. lol waayyy behind me.

I prefer a PSD to prove my point in a cloud of diesel smoke, but a z28 is good.

I was born 3 months after the official end of steam in the UK.

But when I got to 25 I liked it so much I stayed there.

Does it matter? It's only a number, after all. Think as old as you feel, act as old as you feel you can get away with.

Yeah, I did that once, and it got pretty boring seeing stack trains and nothing else! Did this a few years back at the Knox Station Bed and Breakfast, near Knoxville, IL. Does anyone know if it's still open as a B & B?

And to answer the original question, 60 (jeez, that sounds old!!...LOL).
1st train ride was at 18 months old...and still riding the rails!

Mick Jagger and I share an age. (62, so you don't have to Goggle!) And I would hope, like Mick, I still can relate to the very young and the seasoned citizens on the forum. Actually, I hope that by saying that, I can encourage some of the older people to join it. There is a lot of wisdom out there! (Now I wish I had a thumbnail of his talent!)

49. Grew up listening to trains traveling on the tracks south of U.S. 40 at Shortridge Rd in Indy. With my mom's family in DC, I was fortunate to have traveled by train from Indy to Union Station in the late 50's and early 60's.
