Was their a route change, or track propblems, or what? Is this BNSF line a new AMTRAK line?

I wi***hat copyright blurb hadn't obliterated the time at which that train went through. We hope to catch tomorrow's eastbound while we're out there.

I'll be in Polo (MP112.5) from 10/6 through 10/10 so I'll see some of those trains.

It has happened before. Good capture though. The CP is doing some track work that caused the detour.
There have been some UP business/excursion trains over the diamond in recent years and a couple of years ago when Global III opened in Rochelle the UP provided Metra equipment tours over the crossing all the way to Sterling. I rode in a former C&NW smooth side double deck car.
Think back to the glory years when passenger trains of the CB&Q, UP, C&NW, NP, GN and maybe Milwaukee Road went over that diamond!.

Not a bad guess on the time. On the other post in regards to this subject, I reasoned that it would be at Rochelle between 1 & 4. I was thinking 2:30 to 3.
