dknelson, also "Dave Nelson," models in HO, is primarily interested in the Chicago & North Western, particularly in his home town of South Milwaukee WI in the 1960s, does most of his railfanning in the Milwaukee WI area but also gets to Rochelle, Galesburg, and other popular spots.  He works each year at Milwaukee's "Trainfest."  He is the "Frugal Modeler" columnist for the NMRA Midwest Region "Waybill."   He is also a past President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society.
