I beleive that it was the Romanian railroad that ran the 5-7-5. It was called the "Hork-u".

My God- Steam haiku ! Does anyone want to set up another thread for "steam haiku"?
Perhaps some 4-8-4 , 8-4-4 or 4-8-8-4 .
4-6-6-4 should be easy - but 3-9-8-5 would be a real Challenge(r).
Just a thought.
