Good Afternoon, What the hell is wrong with the Earthcam pointed at Rochelle? Transmissions are stop and go, intermittent. Someone please fix it.

I noticed the video freezing yesterday. I am using Windows 10, IE-11 normally. I am presently trying it with Windows 10, Edge to see if it is a browser problem or something more system wide. It seems to be better right now, but it is so intermittant that I don't know for sure.
When you report something like this, it is best to always include your particulars as to browser and Operating system to help people identify where the problem my lie.
Also, there is a thread just for the Rochelle webcam on the Trains forum (it is a "Sticky" at the top of the list of threads) where you can find information from others about the location and such. Some might like to keep "problems" out of that thread, but I personally think that you might get a better response (suggestions of things to try on your system) if you post there instead of starting a new thread.

Another thing you can do to inprove response time is to post your question/complaint and then click the small exclamation point (in the tiny yellow triangle) in the lower right corner to report the post to the moderators and, in the page that appears, just say that you are calling attention to the problem so the moderators will see it (they don't necessarily read every post and may not know of the problem). The moderators can then alert the Trains IT staff that there is a problem.

Cannot get Earth Cam to load a image, good, bad or pixilated - all get is the loading flower.

Since weeks Windows 10 and Firefox 54 don't wotk properly. After about 5 sec the picture freezes. The sound takes longer.
With Windows 10 and Opera 51 the webcam functions with few short interruptions.Regards, Volker
