My knee jerk reaction is... never mind. Just thinking of hiring her after seeing the pictures is probably sexual harassment.

1st point for her is that CP had no Social Media policy in effect when they started the investigation.  2nd point for her anyone see any CP locomotives or Intellectial property that can be ID'ed in the released photos.  3rd at the time of her firing EHH was on his terror spree at CP firing anyone and everyone for any offense regardless of what it was.

She will be reinstated and CP is going to have egg on face.

Not that it matters much, but she appears to be trespassing on railroad property.

If you do a search on her name, you can find many of her pictures.  Many are racy, but very few, if any, identify her employer or the fact that she even works for a railroad.

It was noted that she's also got a "record" of filing a sexual harrassment complaint and publicly speaking ill of EHH while he was there.

One story noted that among her other hobbies is rebuilding bikes and giving them to kids in need.

But she does love to show off her tattoos...

Some people hate it when a woman manages to look confident, alive, and happy.  They countenance it as wrong, or unseemly.

I see nothing wrong with what has been published in the press except for the photo of her on the tracks.  That was a mistake in judgement in my opinion as train safety SHOULD BE her metier.  Even if they are embargoed or abandoned and unreclaimed, the message is wrong.

I'm also not big on tats, or collagen implants in most cosmetic cases, or breast enhancements...in most cases...as I think they diminish natural beauty...in most cases...not all.  But I won't hold that against this woman who is confident, alive and happy.

The only tat I appreciated was on a boxer in a cartoon in The American Boy (it ceased publication in 1942). The boxer had a heavy warship tattooed on his chest; after one punch, the ship was broken in two and sinking.

As a male I think I should sue her for Sexual Harrassment.  Her attire, demeanor and actions are inviting, but if I were to accept her invitation, I would be breaking the law.

That's unknown. I'm just saying that's not a good idea whether it's for a bikini shot for a selfie or some kid's graduation photos. You could expand on that and say any random railroad employee should know better

No comment on her poses.. this is 2018, not 1958. But generally speaking, you risk termination whenever you speak ill of your employer or boss in public.. Also, if you screw up and damage equipment or violate safety rules then, once again, you become termination fodder.

Her main offense seemed to be a lack of Railroad approved,Safety Apparel... But then WHO was checking out that part of her gear.....Whistling

i have to admit that I'm a little embarrassed about the varied attitudes here.

I gat Randy's joke, but some here seem to be ok with railroad trespassing. It matters not who owns the tracks, it unsafe behavior.

I don't know for certain if the railroad forbids employees from such behavior specifically, but most have a contract phrase that forbids employees from questionable actions.

My take, she tried to play the woman card and lost. Hope she gets a modeling gig...

Nah - I think folks are just making light of the situation.  If there's a group of people who firmly believe that trespassing on RR property is wrong, this would be the heart and soul of it.

Is it known if she had Track Warrant Authority or Signal Indication authority for the tracks where the pictures were posed?
