That's a gotcha. It has been pointed out, though, that many of the railroads listed were not named for states. I believe the Ohio in C&O and B&O actually refers to the river (please correct me if I'm wrong), and the Delaware in D&H is definitely the river. The Wyoming in G&W refers to the locale (in Wyoming County, NY). There are many more.
