Don't forget the Western New York and Pennsylvania. Also the Central of Georgia and I believe there was a Missisippian.

Looks like everybody missed the Cincinnati, New Orleans & Texas Pacific, an integral part of the Southern Railway. Commonly called the "Rat Hole", but that was before they skylighted all those tunnels.

Washington Central, the former Norhtern Pacific line across Stampede Pass. It was sold off by BN and then repurchased when they needed to reopen the Stampede Pass route due to traffic saturatuion on the former Great Northern
line over Stevens Pass.

There was also the Minnesota & International Railway. Ran from Brainerd, MN to International Falls, MN,. Absorbed into the NP in 1941.
