I had to comment on that article. Some folks think whatever they do is OK no matter the law or anything else.

I'm betting that if FEC put up a fence they wouldn't be able to finish it because it would get torn down as fast as they put it up...

I guarantee the lawyers representing the trespassers would rush like hell to file suit against FEC when and if one of these folks would get hit by a FEC train while they were trespassing on FEC property. Oh, and I will also wager that the percentage of African Americans arrested is most likely pretty darned close to the percentage of the total population in that area made up by those same African Americans...and if so, the screaming of "racism" is a bunch of B.S.
