This is an ongoing internet hoax.  It seems to pop up with regularity every couple of years.  Give it a little time, and some helpful folks here can provide the links to past disussions of the white boxcars on this forum.

I get an extra timecard if I have to handle a prisoner train, right?  I'm not advertised in passenger service.

You forgot to mention the guillotines.

Oh, yes--and the shackles!

And, of course, these box cars (everything's a box car) are actually Auto-Max cars, with air vents and everything.

Carl, you answered the questions I was going to ask, about seats and ventilation. And Ed remined me about the restraints. Are guillotines an added feature? I do not recall any mention of them before.

Part of the upgraded portion of the order.

Isn't the entire order being built at Amtraks Beech Grove shops?

I believe it's something to do with the New World Order.  FEMA is just the unassuming vehicle it's working through.

Also, according to pictures with stories like this, the New World Order's symbol is VERY similar to BNSF's circle logo.  So Warren Buffet is obviously part of the Order.

I can't go into any detail about it, but I once participated in something that turned up on the conspiracy sites.

I was endlessly amused that people thought such sinister dealings could come out of a few dozen people having round table discussions and eating take out in a hotel conference center.  We were somehow going to take down the government and install a new, sinister government.

Ah, yes.  White boxcars with shackles.  Listen carefully for the moaning therein...

If you want to read some really interesting conspiracy theories, search for "Rex 84."

I've mentioned this here before during these discussions.  There was a video posted on YouTube of a guy who spent 10 minutes shooting a single head searchlight signal from various angles, while commenting on how it was satellite controlled and served to guide the FEMA trains to the concentration camps...  It was rather amusing.  It was pulled after several comments on what an idiot the guy was.

I'm very familiar with one area that the conspiricists say has not one, but two internment sites.  While there are a number of fenced in areas (it is a military base), I've never seen any indication that any of them were intended to keep people in.  The fences are to keep unwanted persons out.  Can you say "security?"

Wonder if we can start a similar rumor about {name your color} semi-trailers.  There's gotta be pictures out there of hundreds of identical trailers parked inside a fenced-in area we can use to 'prove' it...

Well, I don't have any pictures, but...

In the early 1990s I worked part time for a trucking company that had a facility at North Liberty, IA.  (Just a bit north of Iowa City.)  It had (and I think still has) a chain link security fence with gates.  The trailers are mostly white, with the nose panel blue.  It all seemed so innocent then, but now I realize the truth!

I should've known from the name displayed on the equipment.  If you stop and really look at the name, it blatantly says the reason for it's existence, transporting Americans.  The tractors were equipped with satellite communications and they carried, "load restraints."  The drivers were issued "load locks," Which I always thought was to keep people out of the trailers.  Now I see they are to keep people in.  Trucks would come and go at all hours of the day and night, and go to all parts of the country.

They called this place their North Liberty Terminal (Terminal as in terminate maybe?) and was located right off Interstate 380, just a few miles north of Interstate 80.  Kind of centrally located for the population centers of eastern Iowa.  I never saw the gates closed, but that's probably so they didn't arouse suspicion, until the time comes that is.  One time, they even had a load of dynamite on the property!  They did a lot of business back then with loads from Nabisco going to Worley Warehouse in Cedar Rapids.  I always assumed crackers, but probably the loads were the early prototypes of Soylent Green.

I never took any pictures because I naively believed it was just a trucking company facility.  I never realized the "real" reasons of why it was built or located where it was.  Now it's all so clear to me, how could I have been so blind?

Jeff  (I would put in a smiley, but there isn't one wearing a tin-foil hat.)

PS, thinking up this conspiracy stuff is kind of fun.

Footage of hundreds of armored trucks, similar to ones reportedly purchased recently by the Department Of Homeland Security has appeared online, raising more questions over their intended use.

The video was uploaded to YouTube last week by a user who stated that it was shot in the middle of the desert between Hackberry and Peach Springs, Arizona.

It shows hundreds of military style trucks loaded on to a train, presumably in the process of being delivered domestically for law enforcement or military purposes.

Now that you mention it......I've seen a lot of dark brown trucks cruising through my neighborhood during the day.  The same outfit seems to have a fleet of semis trucks, and is now infiltrating the railroad and air business.  And- get this- they already have a big fenced in area full of matching trucks in just about every good sized city.  I wonder if it's some sort of conspiracy to steal vast amounts of business from some  government agency?  Hmmmm.........Mischief

PS, thinking up this conspiracy stuff is kind of fun.

On my drive into work, I pass a field that has a few deer blinds built around it, just outside the neighboring woods on either side. I have often thought that, especially with the distortion of a telephoto lens, I could make up a reasonably good conspiracy hoax of "guard towers" around a "secret government base/camp". Too many trees to pass it off as Area 51 in the desert (though there are some people that believe palm trees grow up here in Wisconsin so...), though.

The video you give a link for shows the box cars are to transport automobiles.  The "shackles" are to hold automobiles.

My switchman and I were discussing the “FEMA boxcar” phenomenon and the whole prison camp nonsense, and he came up with a really wicked cool idea.

Now, I am not one that comes even close to thinking that graffiti in any form is acceptable, but….

Make a small stencil with lettering about 1” tall, one that reads…

“Leased to FEMA under the REX 84 plan,

ownership vested in a security agreement

 registered with the Federal Government”.

Now, take some black or white sidewalk chalk…and right about eye level….

Kinda funny if you think about it.

No doubt you're right, Balt.  I have it on good authority that all those houses destroyed on the Jersey short were not really destroyed by a hurricane.  It is all a govamint plot.

That means I now have TWO monitors to clean tea off...
