To major announcements today from CP. First CP has hired Keith Creel away from CN, Mr. Creel was CN's EVP and COO before today. Second CP and CN have resolved the lawsuit over CP's hiring E. Hunter Harrison.

I could see this coming...Creel was Harrison's understudy at CN and there's really no place for him to go at CN. Claud Mongeau is a young CEO, and if Creel has any aspirations for the top job at CN he'd have to wait at least 10 years probably. At CP he will most likely replace Harrison within two or three years. No doubt CN could see ths coming too and has probably groomed a successor to Creel.
Within five years, the two best Class 1s will be the Canadians.
