I would imagne, that the auto-snagger is part of some package deal with the server, or some software package, and comes with a preset list of *naughty* words..  It's probably costly to have some sort of system where you can pick your own words to **** or not to ****.

I think you're on to something. Now we know why the server runs like frozen dog **** most of the time. During next weeks downtime, they're probably upgrading to Naughty Word Filter version 2 which requires a more powerful server. Banged Head

We're getting very low star-age on the ratings system.  Guess someone  objected to us discussing *****.

It's been fun.  But it isn't much fun anymore.   Signing off for now.

I would really venture to guess that its because of *** and **** and even *******.  I don't really believe they would take umbrage with *****.

"Blownout Cylinder":  I must say that I like the look of your cat!  It is not a 'show winner', but sure has a nice smile!  BTW, I have a nephew in Texas.  He is 52 y-o-a and a professional student, still searching for "HIS" ( a God-given right, no?) Ph. D..   He asked me about the white auto transporters, having heard from some of his "loon" students that they were DHS 'prison cars'  He is from New York and should know better.  If they were 'prison cars', they wouldn't have air holes in them, but rather would have refrigeration units attached, no?  Just to keep the bodies from smelling too bad...  Yar!  Our "shackle foundry", in Glasgow, MT has gone into bankrupcy.  Last one in the country, it was.  They might try to restart in the Kenosha, WI plant abandoned after the Nash "Rambler" was discontinued, if the fog ain't too bad out there.  When I was in high school, no parents would let their daughters date a guy that drove a Nash!  Me, I never had Eleanor stop by to pick me up.  As far as goats go, I never saw one that ugly!  Well, poor Nancy did fall out of the "Ugly Tree", and hit every branch on the way down, but.....

I never 'vote' on the "Star" system.  Should I?  Will it make a difference to the moderators?  I won't buy a book that says "New York Times Bestseller" on the dust jacket.  Never!   Never ever!!!  As far as ***** goes, there is always the "Delete" button.  If your kids/grandkids are on your computer, "bad you"!  Buy them some machines of their own, you cheap *******!  They deserve it, no?  Wonder how long this will go before it is 'locked'.  I love it!

Hays  --  no Fog in Montana today,  No goats, either.  We are having a local car show shortly.  I'll check out the Ramblers, but won't wave to the BNSF trains passing by!  No, I don't look like the "Big E".  Just being safe, on the conservative side.  No wonder FDR used the private Waldorf-Astoria elevator in GCT!  Can you imagine being seen on Park Avenue with...  HST walked it daily, later on.

We have a few days before the "Milwaukee Book Burning".  How 'bout we come up with some code?  I was with the Army Security Agency, for many years, and even worked at the National Security Agency.  I was not a cryptoanalyst or cryptographer, but I did the New York Herald Tribune cryptogram every day!  I suggest we use some of the more popular words, in this thread, to communicate with each other.  Some suggestions are, and ITALICS are of paramount importance:

"Fog" = the "F-word";  "Goat" = B******; "Eleanor" = the S*** word; "Nash Rambler" = NIMBY.  Corn, fusee, torpedo, etc. are up for interpretation.  A little help here, before 09 Apr 2010 would help!  Thanks.

I think we should add ****, *****, *****, *****, and ****, but no way should we ever allow *****.

** **** ** ****** *** ***.  ***** ****** * *** ***** ********, *** *** ***** *** **** ** **.

And not only that, **** *** ****** ******** ** *** *****.

So there.

Attention etymologists:  what is the plural of "fusee"?  Is it 'fuseei', 'fusii', or 'fuseeses'?  I like 'fuseeses', 'cause we have 'mooses' in Maine.  "Fussee's" are the kids in the back seat of your Prius that need a "potty stop".  For you entymologists:  would an Anopholese (sp?) mosquito have bitten "Big E" on the A**?  I rather doubt it, even though it was a very big target, but you never know, you know.  Anyhoo, "Fog it".  Ain't no big deal....

Please note:  As has been suggested by many folks, rather than lock or delete a whole thread, I've just deleted some problem posts about politics in this one.  That way, the thread doesn't get led astray.  Please continue this absorbing discussion about ****.

One thing I haven't seen here is a reference to the magazine Clbuttic Trains.Mischief

That must be a warm fuzzy relationship!

It's from the show Danny Phantom.  A pretty much forgotten cartoon that ran for 3 seasons on Nick a few years back.  One of my favorites.

I thought was the show---but for the like of me--I could not remember the name.
