FYI NS did change their paint scheme last year. Now they have white around the number boards. Now there is an outline of a horse head in the stripes trailing off of the NS logo on the side.

I like the colours the way they are, leave it as it is. If you wish for a change in colurs they might most likely come up with something god awfull (like violet with pink blobs), so beware.
Black looks good on locos, NS. N&W, IC, NKP etc.

UP has had the same paint job for a long time. It's a trademark by now.
NS goes with black, so I'm told, because it's cheap and the white corporate logos stand out better.
Neither company really seems to care much about what we think, as we aren't the ones buying space on trains for freight.

It's time for a change.
Does anyone have an idea for the NS&UP on trying to get them to change there paint on there locomotives?
You know that BLUE on those CEFX AC4400CW's?
I think that UP would realy good in that paint.[:D].BNSFfan.
