How about something more tastey then like "triple chocolate chaos" or "Baileys fudge explosion"?

EWWW, olive loaf[xx(]. I don't like olives. Ice cream, I do like though! I like fudge ripple!

That sounds better than Olive Loaf & Dill Pickle.

But Lemon-Lime sherbet sounds even better.[:D]

There was an ice cream place in my hometown that offered a "dill pickle" flavor. Never tried it myself, but it always sounded like a way to take care of two pregnancy cravings at once.

Barbecue?

As the coals from our barbecue burned down, our hosts passed out marshmallows and long roasting forks.

Just then, two fire trucks roared by, sirens blaring, lights flashing. They stopped at a house right down the block.

All twelve of us raced out of the back yard, down the street, where we found the owners of the blazing house standing by helplessly.

They glared at us with looks of disgust.

Suddenly, we realized why.........

We were all still holding our roasting forks with marshmallows on them...

I told this to the driver - unfortunately while he was ......driving......he laughed so hard we almost hit that SUV with the driver on the phone! (tee hee)

Clicked over to the Model Forum for a brief read and write.

They don't seem to eat as much in their diner as we do - their loss.

But they have really cool surroundings - they are done up in blue where we have red.

The blue is calming and makes you wan....t. to...........zzzzzzzz

Going to fix roast, potatoes and carrots again today. Chicken & dumplings will be
this weekend.

Junctionfan, anything chocolate in ice cream sounds good. Although I've not touched
Rocky Road ice cream for about 9-10years. I'll even take neopolitan (vanilla, chocolate,
strawberry).

Mookie, be VERY careful about the jokes you tell driver while he's driving. Would not
want to hear of an accident in Lincoln with you two seriously hurt from telling jokes
while driving!! [angel]

I have a feeling that if you want to read the "Hobo" thread you better do it quick. I also have a feeling that IF you want to say goodbye to the Hobo, you had better do that quick too. Does anyone know if Bergie has steel toed shoes? [}:)] [;)] [:D]

How about some steak and eggs this morning? We'll also have all the usual
breakfast items: bacon, sausage, and for Jim (and me), biscuits and gravy. For
Matt, we'll have hash browns, also. [angel]

Long drive from Co. Springs to Monte Vista. I met a couple from Cambellsport Wi. at the motel in Monte Vista... wierd huh ?
I hope I get visitors in Maine...I'm somewhat close to everything here in the midwest.

I would LOVE to see Maine, just NOT in Winter. This Southerner is not fond of snow. [;)]

Randy . . . Hobo watch, he is heading somewhat in your direction. Some people don't know when to keep their mouth shut. I don't see us having a "resident Hobo" much longer. But that is just my opinion.

I'm reminded of the story about the newby northerner who at first revels in having to shovel the driveway and later stalks the snowplow driver...

I have a book that includes info on the old Glenfield and Western. They had one spot to plow that occasionally required crews to get out and shovel the snowplow out of the drift so they could back up and hit it again...

I threatened my neighbors - who since have moved [:D] - with putting the landlord and the police on speed dial. That seemed to quiet them down for awhile. And believe me, after warning them, I would have done it!

I heard on my scanner the other nite - a mother called the police because her 7 year old was out of control - he refused to clean his room. So I figure calling them for my neighbors noise would sound pretty normal! And maybe provide some relief from those taxing small child calls! grrrrr...oopps - hisssss.....
