Hey everyone, today I got off school early. Teachers are having a meeting, so, I'll just get me a coffee and watch some trains go by. Unless anyone wants to play Dance Dance, then I'll be happy to get up.

Sorry I'm late today folks: had to go for produce this morning. Got mushrooms, apples
and potatoes. And only ONE pint of chocolate milk. They were stingy with that
today!! Burgers and hotdogs ready for the lunch crowd. Also have grilled
cheese.

Surprise at work today - been working on a puter here for 12 years and always had a monitor the size of the first tv set. Now that eyes are shot, they put up two monitors for me - both the size of Cleveland with large print! Plus they are only about 12 inches from my nose! I feel like I am sitting in the front row of the theater! No room to back up either. Any suggestions from the house?

In return, I will make French Toast! (And not to ruin your breakfast, but worked with a cook one time that was making French Toast - while she dunked one, the dry one rested firmly under her arm at about the elbow. Couldn't eat French Toast for some time after that!)

OK - you can eat now! Thanx Mike for the OJ - it's good a cold!

Here's something to raise the heat of the Diner. Special delivery from me, this will also supply some music. Ever hear of Dance Dance Revolution Max 2? Now, we have a good, addicting arcade game! I hold the keys to this one. I get first go!![:D]

How does that sound? hmm?

Make it dry toast and you're on.

Then, since my tummy will be better by lunch - how about ham and bean soup? [:o)]

Read through the weekend posting in the diner and now I have heartburn and an upset stomach.

I think some nice hot cholocate, coffee and scones for breakfast would be good. Blueberry for me with a cup of Caffe Au Lait. KISS!

Just had my usual batch of salt and vinegar chips (finally managed to put the bag down) and a Sierra Mist to drink before bed. Seems to be a good combination.

ok... i think the diner could use a little music... lets see who can figure out what i'm playing...

Song 1: a good song for a Monday...

"You get up every morning from your alarm clocks warning take the 8:15 into the city. There's a whistle up above and people pushin' people shovin' and the girls who are tryin' to look pretty..."

Song 2:

"Alright... We are scanning the scene in the city tonight We are looking for you to start up a fight there is and evil feeling in our brains but it is nothing new you know it drives us insane..."

I think Larry,LC and I need to inspect ALL the extinguishers. I believe the
one in the range hood has recently been inspected, but now I'm not sure
about the others. And Larry did we go with the 'Halon' system in the
computer room,or not[?]

I'm thinking the next chance we get,we should get the Haz-Mat team in here
for some additional training.[:D]
Darn,I didn't realize we needed to 'placard' the spice shelves![:0]

Adrian, what ELSE would a diner be about, but EATING?!?! Any page that mentions
food is a good page.

And a mookie is a cat; but is also the QUEEN of the forums here. For any other
info, check with Carl, Ed, Jim, Joe, Bergie, Tree, etc. etc.
