We need to do crepes! For breakfast - maybe strawberry crepes with whip cream and for lunch - spinach souffle with shrooms and onions mixed in and rolled up with melted swiss. shroom and onions on top! ....... Now that I think about it, let's go straight to lunch!

I'll be dropping into the coffee shop tomorrow morning.. Hope you have a large stack of pancakes ready for me with sausages and bacon. I'll be bringing my own Quebec maple syrup though "WHY" ? you ask ?? Well I have found that when you folks in the States are boiling the sap, if a rat, mouse, squirl drops you ladle it out, while in Quebec it is left in the batch. This gives it that little bit of extra favor. My wife by the way makes the greatest crepes. They are so thin they have only one side to them. See you all in the morning.

think what that might be. Oh well. . . how about some saur *** and hot dogs?
Or maybe some spinach with mashed potatoes, salmon patties and cornbread?
