Need a big cup of coffee there, Mook? Seems like you're having a heck of a time getting yourself together this morning! [swg]

Reminds me of one of those office practical jokes - slowly change the coffee in the office pot over to pure decaf. Then after a week or two of that, replace it with really high test...

OK, wraps for lunch. Pie for dessert.

Hey All

I just got a call from CW and Mutt. [:o)] [:I] [^]

Considering all, and after a call from Ed, they seem to be in fairly good spirits today. [:)] That is a good thing too. [;)]

They are going to try and make it to the library tomorrow and check emails and drop by here. So maybe we could have a crowd of well wishers here when they do. [:p]

Now, want to hear a funny ? [?] I left my cell phone at work last night. [B)] Some of the 3rd shift workers starting calling people in my addy book. A certain person in Houston got a wake up call after 11 pm. Wonder WHO that could have been. [}:)] [;)] [:D] LOL Oh my.

Hey M

Have another cup of Joe on me. [:I] [:o)] [:D]

OK, got to get back to housework and laundry. [:(!]

See yall.

^~ > Well - this is as good as it gets today. It's Monday because it is the first day of my work week. It is Tuesday on the calendar and at home it is Wed, cuz I tore off Tuesday already - didn't like the silliness on that page!

I have a collection of questions, but not sure where to post them. A couple of them, I wrote down notes and now have no idea what they mean. A couple of them are just plain stupid and the rest - well, guess I will take my chances and post them in the real forum. Someone beats me with a broomstick, I will be right back. Or if they - horrors - just ignore me - then I am really coming back here with a vengence. Look out cake and hammock!

Office hijinx - if your boss has automatic/motion-activated lights in their office, sneak in and turn down the sensitivity a little each week until it's at the point where they have to get up every five minutes and flap their arms vigorously to keep the lights on.[;)]

It is pretty lonely in here this morning. Guess I will yowl around for awhile and see if someone comes in to actually do some cooking!

Did a little dusting - the oops kind. Well, we didn't need that china toothpick holder anyway! And that plant looks better without so many leaves! Definitely not parsley!

Joe should be here shortly - think I will go to the hammock and wait!

Geez - left the fire radios on in the truck last night and it wouldn't start this morning. You'd think I'd learn. Must have been a CRS day - left my driver's license in the scanner last night, too. Had to have a copy of it...

Have to make a note to get a new toothpick holder - there's one missing.

Breakfast is served.

Pssst - It's senior moments and they get more frequent as time goes on.....

Even Reagan went into the oval office and said "Now what did I come in here for?"

And I will bite - what's CRS?

Ah - good news! I called Walt and Paula (Mutt and CW) and got them out of bed! Had to tell CW it was Mookie before she realized who and where. She evidently has several relatives named Jen.

Had a good visit - they are doing pretty well considering! And that wonderful Kentucky drawl! Next to the flat, no accent midwest - it is good to hear a soft, southern accent.

They had snow, but do have a working furnace so far. And lanterns for light. And a nice neighbor keeping their food refrigerated. Told them the forum members send their best wishes and hopefully things will get fixed very soon. CW said she would try to sneak in and fill the frige for us. I kept having trouble with leaky eyes!

And with such a busy morning - another nap is in order!

I'm hearing a bunch of "slide off's", in our area here too this morning on my hand held scanner...Only received 1" last night and a bit of snow flurries left over from it at times this morning...and some sunshine. Bright and 25.1 degrees as I looked a few minutes ago.....Believe that's the extent of it here and it's moving on east.

Mook,

Thanks! [:I] That one was from my July, 2004 Yellowstone trip. All I can say I'm glad that I was shooting digital on that trip. I would have blown a LOT of $$$ on him (and everything else in that awesome park) in film and processing!
