Brand spanking new, the cream bright and clean, the pinstripes looking good, the BN logo non-faded. That was the apex. Sigh...I wish we could have the Grinsteins back, and lose the corny, wanna-be skate punk H3's. To change the subject just a bit, I had the pleasure of riding behind two of Alaska Railroad's SD70MAC's; #1402 and #1403 in September of 2003, and in their navy blue and yellow livery, they are sharp looking engines!
