But, I do like the sight of the setting sun's glow on the rails, which makes them look like two glowing parallel wires stretching far into the horizon while wondering who rode these rails long ago, what did they see, and, where did they go, what was life like back then, remembering our railroad forefathers who......

to the dutchman who replied...

dutch rwys, nederlandse spoorwegen, use the initials <ns> the same
as an american railroad. but for that matter, so do the portuguese rwys,
who have <cp> as their initials, same as a canadian railroad.
