If you really want to scratch your head on this subject--it is--or at least was--legal to take a picture of a train loaded with nuclear waste. I think that presents a bigger threat than pictures of a military train.

Didn't think you were saying it was an unworthy debate at all. I was just saying that it kinda seems like a drop in the bucket when you think about how small a percentage of trains we are actually talking about, doesn't it? And I'd agree that the nuclear waste trains would seem to be a bigger concern. But who am I to say really?
