$245? If you ahve a spare impact it's like $30 to build. Even if you have to buy an impact, you can do it a lot cheaper if you want. Why you would want to is beyond me.

Small pumps for air horns (ie, for your car) have been around for years. It'll be a rotary vane pump (like an oil pump). This one is simply powered by a battery powered drill instead of a car battery.
Popular Mechanics had an article about outfitting an Austin Mini with a train horn way back in the 1970s. Somehow it never caught on.
It was massively illegal for street use then, and massively illegal for street use now.
On the other hand I routinely blew the '76 Eldorado horn going under bridges because it was the next best thing to a multiple chime horn chord...
