Small pumps for air horns (ie, for your car) have been around for years. It'll be a rotary vane pump (like an oil pump). This one is simply powered by a battery powered drill instead of a car battery.

$245? If you ahve a spare impact it's like $30 to build. Even if you have to buy an impact, you can do it a lot cheaper if you want. Why you would want to is beyond me.
I guess it's capitalism, but $245 is a sucker price for sure.
